Parc et piscine exceptionnels. Prévoir sa cape de bain et sa serviette pour la piscine !

Cons:

Beaucoup de choses non annoncées : un mariage avait lieu -> restaurant fermé , alors qu’il est mis en avant dans le descriptif et les photos (nous avons dû ressortir avec la voiture alors que nous venions ici pour être relax
Piscine : le prêt de serviettes et de cape de bain n’est en fait un prêt : on nous a demandé de régler une somme pour la location, ce que nous avons refusé : pas indiqué en amont sur le site , ni lors de la remise des accessoires. C’est une forme de vente forcée, heureusement que le personnel a accepté de ne pas nous le facturer suite à notre indignation

Soggiorno piacevole se non fosse per i rumorosi eventi.

Disappointing, impossible to get sleep.
Pros:

Nice main building, clean pool

Cons:

Apparently, it’s normal in this hotel to have party (birthday, weddings,…) until 01:00 - from Thursday till Saturday night, because of which it’s impossible to sleep before 01:30 at night since the noise is impossible. Similar to outdoor festival experience. When asking the hotel, they don’t care, minimise the noise - make fun (“you want to sleep at 22:00 like old people”), and offer a “solution”, which is to go to a cheaper room a little further away (which doesnn’t solve anything) but without compensating the nightly price difference. In essence: as a guest, you get a cheaper room as a “solution” for a problem you don’t know exists when you make a reservation. The worst part is the hotel knows this, but refuses to even pay back the difference when staying in a less expensive room.
Even in the “deluxe” room, the “bed” is a solid wooden board with a thin matress on top. After 10-15mins it becomes very uncomfortable.

On top of this- you have to pay for *everything*. You cannot take your own towel to the pool, but need to pay for a rental towel. To swim in the pool, you need a swim cap - to be bought there. None of this is indicated while booking. Glass of Orange juice at the “included” breakfast? 5€. Omelette? 8€. 2nd Cappuccino? Impossible to get since staff just ignores you (at least when you don’t speak Italian).
And to end in the best way possible: a tourist tax of 24€ was due for the stay. The final payment? 29€. Even when checkout they scam money. Truly an unbelievable horrible experience that I’ve never had anywhere else in the world.

Ciekawe, urocze i przyjazne miejsce

Piękny ogród, dobre śniadanie w stylu sycylijskim, parking pod drzewami, obsługa przy basenie, klimatyzacja

Cons:

Bungalow był mały i ciemny - jednak jeśli tylko na jedną noc to nie mozna narzekać

The event music every evening….very loud until the early hours. One evening there were two events on so two conflicting music sounds. During the day music was played round the pool too loudly also

A beautiful family celebration and time together
Pros:

We loved our bungalow- very comfortable and ideal for a family. We loved the breakfast- so
many fresh and delicious options also for kids. We celebrated our little daughter birthday in the main building- it was a beautiful and intimate setting with great dishes and service. Thank you Villa Favorita team and Luigi!

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a courtesy room with private shower for after check out. Especially with small children and so much heat - it’s helpful to do it inside instead of outside.

The property was mostly clean.

Cons:

We booked a “deluxe” bungalow, but tbh nothing was deluxe. The bungalow was fairly average. The sofa wasn’t really appealing as well as the small bathroom.
There is a stupid rule about wearing a cap in the pool - never heard about such thing before. Maybe get better cleaning supplies for the pool instead of ruling over the guests. Not a comfortable experience at all.
The menu of the restaurant was super small and overpriced, so we didn’t eat there once.
The staff was only concentrated on the two weddings and 18th birthday party during our stay.

Il posteggio gratuito, colazione super la migliore, la piscina

Cons:

Mancanza di kit caffè con bollitore in camera, l obbligo della cuffia in piscina (se in fase di prenotazione ci avessero avvisato la portavamo da casa senza comprarla da loro)
