An amazing stay with outstanding, top-notch service from a truly lovely team.

Das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Lage inmitten eines sehr schönen Gartens. Der Strand ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grossartig, die Auswahl riesig (sofern die Ware da war - siehe unten), feine Kuchen! Unser Zimmer war etwas höher gelegen mit schöner Aussicht und Sitzplatz. Die Betten waren bequem, das Badezimmer recht gross.

Cons:

Es gibt doch auch einiges zu bemängeln, vor allem weil wir uns hier doch in einer recht hohen Preiskategorie bewegen. Beim Frühstück war einfach zu viel, zu oft leer, das Personal konnte oft nicht in nützlicher Frist auffüllen (Mal kein Wasser, mal kein Saft, dann kein Brot, kein Yoghurt, Obstplatte leer - Offensichtlich wird hier zu wenig Personal eingesetzt. Der Pool wurde während Tagen nicht gereinigt und machte einen entsprechend ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Wasserhahn im Zimmer gab während der ganzen Aufenthaltsdauer kein heisses Wasser her (Dusche funktionierte bestens). In dieser Hotelkategorie wäre täglich neues Wasser auf dem Zimmer schon sehr wünschenswert. Wasserkocher war vorhanden, Teebeutel auch, jedoch kein Kaffee. Hier wäre mit wenig Aufwand einiges zu erreichen...

Tolle Lage, toll angelegter Garten mit Pools und Whirlpools. Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal :)

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren der einzige Kritikpunkt. Leider nicht sehr komfortabel.

Beautiful location with beautiful views
Pros:

The hotel feels like home with a stunning view of La Tavolara and lush gardens. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, making it a truly relaxing place to stay. The beach is just half a mile downhill, and the hotel has its own small beach next to the public one and the marina. The beach is beautiful, and there are many hiking trails to explore. You can walk to Porto San Paolo along quiet back roads and trails—about a 20-minute walk—to enjoy great restaurants like Il Portolano and La Botteghina. A beautiful hotel to relax and away from the business of tourism.

Appena rientrato dal soggiorno all’Hotel Ollastu e posso dire che è un vero paradiso per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La struttura è splendida, immersa in un contesto incantevole e curata in ogni dettaglio.

Il personale è estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La colazione è eccellente, con prodotti freschi e genuini, molti dei quali preparati direttamente dalla struttura.

Ottimo anche il ristorante, con piatti di qualità e un servizio impeccabile. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e perfettamente pulite.

Un’esperienza davvero speciale che ha superato le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Ollastu a chiunque voglia concedersi una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del comfort e dell’ospitalità

A perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was abundant and featured high-quality food. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were excellent, offering a stunning view of Tavolara Island.
