It’s really a beautiful hotel, such a pitty about incompetent stuff that they hire and the way they treat their cutumers is really far worse that okay

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish.

Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready until 6:00 PM. After waiting for two hours, we had also arranged the hotel shuttle in advance for 6:30 PM, yet when the time came, we waited for over an hour and were only picked up at 7:40 PM. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unable to manage even basic requests.

Things got even worse after we had already settled into our room. We received a call saying that another family was arriving and that we had to move to a different room. When I explained that this was unacceptable and refused, the manager became aggressive and started yelling at me on the phone. He even said, “Don’t forget you’re in Italy.” I found this comment intimidating and completely inappropriate. His tone made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

For the price this hotel charges, the level of service is unacceptable. The staff were disorganized, communication was poor, and the way we were treated by management was shocking. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were left stressed, exhausted, and deeply disappointed.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or good customer service.

Otherwise my stay was excellent! Losing the dress was disappointing because I feel it was taken.
Pros:

Beautiful property, very nice staff, good was excellent

Cons:

Sent my laundry out for cleaning and it came back without my black Calvin Klein sundress. They did not have a form to fill out that includes all items being sent like most hotels. All I got was an apology that laundry didn’t have it.

Amazing location beautifu cleanl hotel.. amazing beach .. great staff

Cons:

No food available between 3pm and 7pm except a ham and cheese toastie .. no alternative to the main restaurant which was extremely expensive and scarcely used and not really suitable for young children 7 prawns costing over €200 .. hotel beach didn't include hire of beds €60 a day for 2 people .. hotel prone to electricity cut outs ... We were left 30 minutes waiting for the hotel shuttle to pick us up it never came so we had to walk up hill back to the hotel in 35 degrees heat

personale premuroso e disponibile preparato, ti viziano e ti mettono al centro delle loro attenzioni. La titolare una persona presente, alla mano e fuori dagli schemi. Purtroppo, a causa di un matrimonio la sala dove volevo cenare e festeggiare il mio compleanno era occupata, ma loro, molto carinamente, si sono occupati di prenotare e portarmi in una struttura con vista mozzafiato e sorpresa inclusa.

Le petit déjeuner était formidable et les piscines sont entourées de chaises / canapés / transats il ne manquait de rien, les jardins sont magnifiques !
Le personnel est très accueillant, c’était un plaisir de communiquer avec eux.

La piscine n’était pas propre en arrivant mais a été de suite nettoyé à notre demande

Personale rigido e duro. Forse anche perchè c’era un matrimonio quella sera?! Rapporto qualità/prezzo non all’altezza. Trasferta per/da aeroporto (sono 15 min) più di 50 euro. Esagerato. Noleggiate un auto, è meglio!
