Meer und das bei dem Preis von über 500 Euro pro Nacht Strandservice nicht eingeschlossen war. Meine Freundin wollte um 18:00 Uhr ein Badetuch für den Strand und das Hotel hat keins verfügbar. Dies habe ich noch nie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erlebt.

Hotel is generally good, but if something goes wrong, accept it, communicate it and deal with it
Pros:

We liked the location and the facilities. The hotel has multiple pools, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is nice, as you can easily access different city centers, beaches and scenery with a short car ride.

Cons:

We decided to have a dinner at the restaurant. The menu was limited, as there was a wedding. Given its proactive communication, this was not a problem. However, during our 3-hour visit to the restaurant, power was off over half of the time, in intervals of a few minutes. Staff, unable to AC, cook or keep the lights on, did not know what to do. Even though dinner was ruined, when asked for a compensation, nobody seemed to really care.

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing service and complaint handling
Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful location in Sardinia. The property is very attractive and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and pleasant.

The quality of the food was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel also offered us dinner on the evening of our arrival and later upgraded our room following the problem we experienced, which we appreciated.

Cons:

When we arrived in the evening, our room was unavailable due to a problem with the bathroom facilities. We were transferred to another hotel for the first night, which was of a noticeably lower standard. We were told that this first night would not be charged, but at check-out it was still included on the bill, and the staff denied that a complimentary night had been promised.

As they said they could not remove the first night from the bill, they offered to waive our food and beverage charges instead. However, this offer was conditional upon us signing an agreement, cancelling our Booking.com reservation, and agreeing not to leave a negative review. We found this approach highly unprofessional. We refused to sign the agreement and ultimately paid all the food and beverage charges incurred during our stay.

Although the food was excellent, the restaurant service was extremely slow and often lacked professionalism. At times, the staff appeared to be inexperienced or still in training, which significantly affected the overall experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the organisation, communication, restaurant service, and handling of complaints need considerable improvement to match the standard of the property.

Heerlijk verblijf vooral outdoor alleen de bedden zijn toe aan vervanging

Trop cher pour le service reçu.
Pros:

La cadre, les plantes, l’extérieur sont magnifiques.
Très bien entretenus. C’est le point fort de l’hôtel. À conserver et à promouvoir.

Cons:

Il n’y pas d attention pour le détail et pour des équipements de base d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le sèche-cheveux ne marchait pas. L’hôtel nous a donné un séche-cheveux des années 2000 qui ne s’adaptait pas aux prises (seulement à celle de la télé). La clé de la chambre est accrochée sur un porte clé en plastique digne d’une clé de WC d’un bar de mer.

Pas de lotion pour le corps, pas de bon produits alors que nous sommes à un hôtel à la mer. Aucune bouteille d’eau gratuite à l’arrivée. Pas de café dans la chambre. Ce sont des produits de bases pour un hôtel 4 étoiles en Sardaigne.

Pas d’explication ni n’accompagnent durant le séjour. Par exemple, aucune mention de l’existence du restaurant de l’hôtel par la réception ou comment utiliser les piscines ou encore nous inviter à prendre un verre au bar de l’hôtel dehors.

Le numéro de la réception ne figurait pas dans la chambre. Nous avons dû appeler avec notre téléphone privé. Les lits une places sont minuscules, les draps et coussins d’un autre temps. Bref la chambre de correspond pas aux attentes que l’ont peut avoir en 2026, d’un hôtel 4 étoiles de ce standing…. C’est dommage, vraiment dommage.

Ces critiques sont vraiment données dans le but d’améliorer l’hôtel et ses prestations.

Traumhaft für ne Woche Partnerurlaub auf Sardinien.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist genau so, wie ich Urlaub auf Sardinien liebe: Zimmer in kleineren Reihenbungalows, umgeben von sehr schöner Natur und gepflegtem Garten, die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, das Frühstück zeitlich von 7:15-11 Uhr perfekt. Von süß bis salzig, eine großzügige Auswahl an klassischen Frühstücksspeisen. 2 mittelkleine Pools und 2 Jacuzzi gibt es, weiter unten Garten zum spazieren. Ein paar Liegen mit Sonnenschirm, dazu bereit gelegte Handtücher und trotz Hauptsaison war es nicht zu voll. Parken kann man auch kostenlos, ein Auto dort ist allemal zu empfehlen, aber nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn man im Hotel und dessen Grundstück bleiben möchte.

Cons:

Pools etwas klein und das Wasser teils sogar zu warm, es waren aber auch 36 Grad C Umgebungstemperatur.
Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel eingeschränkt, Bus nach Porto San Paolo, dann ca 20 Minuten laufen - lieber ein Auto mieten.
