Pros:

Otelden çıktıktan 2 dakika sonra metro istasyonu var. Bu açıdan turistik yerlere yakın sayılır. Otelin bulunduğu cadde işlek ve merkezi bir yer. Alışveriş için uygun bir cadde. Resepsiyondakiler çok güler yüzlüydü diyemeyeceğim fakat yardımcı oldular, herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Çıkış yaptıktan sonra bavulumu orada bırakmama da izin verdiler. Tren istasyonundan 13A otobüsü ile 10 dakika içinde otele çok yakın bir yerde iniyorsunuz.

Cons:

Mobilyalar çok eskiydi. Yatağa dokunduğun an gıcırdamaya başlıyor. Otelde genel olarak sorun yaşamadım fakat tekrar Viyana'ya gitsem bu otelde kalmam.

Die Lage !

Cons:

Das Zimmer / Appartement war nicht sauber. Böden und Wände stark abgenutzt. Unter dem Bett lag Staub, alte Socken und eine halbvolle Getränkeflasche. Türgriff kaputt, Vorhang hängt runter, Armlehne eines Stuhles lag abgebrochen auf dem Stuhl. Das Zimmer/Appartment vermittelt den Eindruck eines Abstellraumens.

Nie wieder.
Pros:

Die tolle Lage und die Dame im Frühstücksraum, die einem echt leid tun konnte. Sie war extrem bemüht, das Chaos zu mildern.

Cons:

Der hervorragenden Lage wird dieses Haus in keiner Weise gerecht. Wir kamen ohne Hilfe gar nicht in unser Zimmer, da unser Schlüssel bei einer Abschnittstüre nicht passte. Beim durchschnittlich bestückten Frühstück war Schicht angesagt. Man musste entweder "warten" oder ein Tablet ergattern und im Zimmer frühstücken und das an 2 Tagen hintereinander. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein.. Und zu guter Letzt fiel im gesamten Zimmer mitternachts der Strom aus und das bis zum Auschecken

Rooms are clean and cosy. Location is perfect!

Die Lage ist bestens geeignet um schnell zu Fuß aber auch U Bahn an die wesentlichen Punkte der Innenstadt zu kommen.
Das Frühstück ist schön präsentiert und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Preis ist aber mit 21€pp leider auch kein Schnäppchen.

Ein gute Pension für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Pension liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Von hier aus sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shops und ein Zugang zur U-Bahn zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr einfach. Um sich zu stärken, ohne große Ansprüche, reicht es jedoch aus.
Baustellenlärm früh am Morgen, könnte empfindliche Gäste ärgern. Solange diese nicht abgeschlossen sind.
