Oasis in the heart of city
Pros:

Parking at the hotel and St parking free of charge. Several different sitting areas for families to hang out, kids to play, adults to have drinks, and quiet reading spots - something for everyone. Breakfast was delicious and had cute serving dishes making the experience all the better.

We really enjoyed our stay. Also the wall to wall sunshine.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Quiet location in a residential area, just a 10 minute level stroll to the centre of town and a similar stroll to the train/bus station.
We had a spacious family room overlooking the front garden with lovely mountain views.
There is a small ‘honesty’ cupboard with drinks and snacks. We would have appreciated a little more choice.

Cons:

The mattresses are very hard, which is fine for some, but we suffered with back pain until, after a few days, we came across a card in the room saying that soft toppers were available if we needed them. The staff added them to our beds on the same day and we were much more comfortable and very happy. It would have been really helpful if the card had been placed on the pillows or right next to the bed on our arrival so that we could have asked for the toppers straight away. As it was, it was tucked underneath another card about room cleaning and we missed it.

Cozy hotel for a relaxed stay
Pros:

Great location near the town centre and train station.
The hotel front desk staff were absolutely lovely. They warmly provided great recommendations about the area, including advice on things to do and nice restaurants to patronise. The hotel also sent me a digital GAP card which I could use for discounts for certain activities. Guests can also use the sauna at their nearby partner hotel free of charge. However, please take note that the lockers for the sauna do not have keys so it is not advisable to bring valuables when you visit the sauna.
The room is large and bright. There is no AC but the windows can be opened so it didn't feel hot. I also had a great view of the mountains.
The hotel breakfast that was included was sumptuous. Mountain tap water tasted fresh.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get a comfortable sleeping position.
No shampoo was provided, only body wash. I couldn't get a good wash for my hair using the body wash.
The towel hanger is attached to the radiator. The space was too small for hanging clothes and towels.
The hotel has no lift but the front desk staff and housekeepers helped me with my luggage to my room.

A nice hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was very clean and had a very nice bathroom. Parking for my motorbike inside the property and very friendly staff. The building is vey nice and well kept. Good location to visit the town and get around.

Cons:

The bed was far too soft for my liking and I had some trouble sleeping and early in the morning there was a lot of noise coming from what I assume to be the kitchen. Overall nothing serious though and the price is in line with the area.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut – das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums, liegt aber gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Umgebung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, obwohl wir bereits ein größeres Zimmer gebucht hatten. Auch das Badezimmer war eher kompakt. Für uns war das jedoch völlig ausreichend, da wir nicht viel Gepäck dabei hatten. Mit größeren Koffern oder bei einem längeren Aufenthalt könnte der Platz allerdings etwas knapp werden.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl an lokalen Produkten (die Brezn war ausgezeichnet). Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre lediglich der Kaffee – für unseren Geschmack hätte er etwas kräftiger und intensiver sein können.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
