Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, günstiger Parkplatz, gutes hauseigenes Restaurant/Bier, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, guter Service, Kurkarte.

Cons:

Am ersten Morgen, war auf meiner Laugenbrezel eine tote Fliege, in der Marmelade und im Honig waren Wespen drinnen, Mobiliar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ( Heizung, Dusche), Balkontür ließ sich nicht kippen.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Bio-Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, angefangen am Empfang über den Frühstücksservice bis hin zum Nachtauditor. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen, hochwertigen Bio-Produkten. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die familiäre und familienfreundliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel.

Die zentrale Lage ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Ausreichend Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass die An- und Abreise völlig unkompliziert war.

Alles war bestens – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen direkt auf dem Hof zur Verfügung und der Ausblick in Richtung Alpenmassiv und Ski-Sprungschanzen war super.

Cons:

Leider sind die Betten nicht sehr komfortabel, da die Matratzen sind besonders hoch sind. Es war ein hartes nächtliches „Vergnügen“. Zum dem wurde das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, vom Vor-Gast befanden sich Essensreste (Popcorn und Rosinen) unter dem Bett. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Servicepersonal freundlich und bemüht. Bei einem Bio-Hotel hätte es mich gefreut, wenn das Rührei frisch zubereitet worden wäre - in unserem Fall wirkte es eher wie Rühreipulver.

The most unwelcome hotel
Pros:

The location is great, rooms are spacious. Reception staff are friendly, as well as some of the restaurant staff

Cons:

The woman that runs the bar was incredibly rude to us as a hotel guest. We didn’t even use the bar, just exited the hotel and she started shouting at us for pushing the revolving door (we didn’t, it was the people in front of us). Also huffs and puffs at you if you are trying to go past her to your room (small corridor, and she’s rushing in and out of the bar). We were ignored for service in the beer garden, I eventually complained to another waitress who was lovely. Other staff visibly roll their eyes and sigh at you- as though you’re an inconvenience as a customer. Breakfast was terrible, bread, ham and cheese. Eggs and bacon constantly out of stock, so we ate at the cafe next door. Felt so unwelcome. Read previous reviews which seem to say the same thing.
