Maden på terrassen Caféen var under al kritik. Personalet burde på et kursus hvor de lærte at betjene gæsterne med et smil.

Spectacular location but way too much noise if you’re looking for a relaxing stay

Cons:

It feels like a Bar / Cafe with rooms & not a hotel. Every night World Cup Soccer on TV’s in the bar & courtyard with excessive noise until 11pm & beyond midnight after staff clean up… which was then repeated in the morning from 7am with staff setting up for breakfast, with music played from 7.30am !
Unfortunately our room was directly above the bar & adjacent to the courtyard, so we got very little rest or sleep during our stay!

Cons:

avoir la pire chambre de l'hôtel : la seule qui n'avait pas de vue sur le lac alors que l'hôtel est à 20m du lac.
et surtout surtout la chambre, bien qu'au premier étage, qui est collé au à des WC. et le bar de l'hôtel fait monter les clients du bar dans ces WC.
Horrible quand vous souhaitez que votre bébé de 8 mois puisse dormir et que c'est un soir de match de foot où la moitié de la ville vient au WC à coté de votre chambre.

Het was een heel aangenaam verblijf met super vriendelijk personeel. Het is er heel proper.
Pros:

Het Hotel ligt vlak aan het meer wat heel druk bezocht wordt. 's Avonds laat is het luidruchtig in het hotel. Er is weinig respect voor de andere gasten. Het ontbijt is afzonderlijk te nuttigen beneden in het restaurant. Je kan kiezen à la carte maar er is weinig keuze. Wij hebben hierdoor geen ontbijt genuttigd. Personeel is super vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar bij de minste vragen. De kamer is zeker voldoende ruim en het uitzicht is net een postkaartje. Prachtige view.

Cons:

De luidruchtigheid van de andere gasten en het slaan met de deuren na 23u. Weinig keuze aan ontbijt op de kaart.

Cons:

Het personeel. Zowel van het hotel als van het café beneden spreekt het personeel slecht Engels of Italiaans en lijken ze hele tijd chagrijnig.
