Wonderful property in Menaggio!
Pros:

Everything! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located at the town square, with beautiful views of the water and just a few minutes walk from the ferry dock. The rooftop with pool and sauna was the cherry on top! Great stay!

Great location. Exceptional view from the rooftop deck.

Cons:

I've never stayed in a hotel and been treated so rudely before. After battling with the rudeness of the ticket sellers just trying to get over on the boat, I wasn't expecting to be treated so rudely by the hotel manager and staff when we arrived and later when we sat down to have a drink.

Amazing!
Pros:

The roof top pool small but amazing!
Location loved Menaggio much more relaxing than Bellagio.

The bed really hard but with everything else the hotel had a didn’t care

Pros:

Situé en plein centre de Menaggio, l’hôtel est très charmant et confortable. Gros point positif pour la piscine chauffée sur le toit.

Cons:

Seul petit problème : légère odeur de remontées dans la salle de bain

Very Disappointed
Pros:

The only really good thing I could say is its location and the exceptional service from Joseph.

Cons:

Instead of a hotel, I would call it a bar/restaurant with rooms. There is no lobby and the reception is a 3’ x 3’ area. The parking, at 20. EUs a day, is a distance away and you need to schlep your luggage through the alleys to get to the “hotel”. There was no shampoo in the shower. The bedding was just a light comforter with a duvet. no flat sheet, that was too short for the bed. The only trash can was in the bathroom.

La piscine sur le toit avec cette vue imprenable sur le Lac de Côme est un véritable plus dans cet hôtel 😍
L’emplacement de l’hôtel en plein centre est vraiment agréable !

Sehr zentral, zimmer war schön. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Essensmöglichkeiten waren nicht so gut. Frühstück nicht vielfälltig und etwas teuer für das, was man bekommen hat.
