Beautiful location. Beautiful views.
Pros:

Brilliant location right in the square so can be busy and entertainment on in the summer but it all stops at 12am. Great for people watching. Parking is a wee walk away but worth booking as it’s safe and gives peace of mind.
Great location for restaurants and ferry. Lovely market outside when we were there.

Cons:

Pool area was very small but understandably as it’s a rooftop one. Beautiful views though.

De locatie is top! Mooi aan het water, leuk plein.

Cons:

2 volwassenen 1 kind. En maar 1 bed.
Muziek uit het restaurant/bar is letterlijk te horen op de eerste verdieping. Zonnescherm en rolluiken uit en in maakt ongelofelijk veel herrie en zorgt ervoor dat je wakker schrikt of nog erger als je kind eindelijk slaapt is die weer wakker.
Personeel lijkt ongetraind, wij zaten 15 min voordat we werden opgemerkt ook nadat wij zelf de kaart hebben gevraagd. Dit gebeurde ook bij het ontbijt a la carte. En het er voor gezorgd dat er elders in het dorp zijn gaan ontbijten en ook avond eten hebben we daardoor niet hier gedaan.
Dit alles heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij eerder zijn vertrokken en ook daarbij werd niet gereageerd of gevraagd waarom dit was.

Pas terrible, il. Ait mieux aller ailleurs, c’est pas les hôtels qui manquent…

Sa position au centre ville, bon état de la chambre

Cons:

Pas de forfait petit déjeuner, du coup ça fait 30 euros le petit déjeuner à deux, c’est un scandale
Aucun responsable dans l’hôtel, que des jeunes qui doivent se débrouiller
Aucun numéro de téléphone pour joindre un responsable la nuit, un idiot qui avec oublié de prendre sa carte pour ouvrir la chambre, à taper dans la porte de 2 heurs à 4 heures du matin

Property was clean and excellent location

Cons:

Property is outdated on the decor, noisy and you smelled what the kitchen was cooking. Had reserved two cribs, only had one. Got the second one a they told us there was a 14 euro per day charge. We finally didn’t pay.

The perfect hotel in the most amazing setting. Felt like royalty staying here
Pros:

The room was stunning, the views were amazing. Great location for the ferry and bars/restaurants.
We ate in the cafe below it was great. Roof top pool and sauna was the best part of our day after walking lots of steps between bellagio, varenna and finally arriving in menaggio it was a great way to end the day. The gentleman on reception was very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to return
