Everything we hoped for, well represented in the listing and highly recommended
Pros:

Lovely, clean compact home. Great location. Obviously a loved home. Aircon is a huge benefit. Perfect for a couple+ 1-2 agile humans. Highly recommended. This place is a gem so don’t pass by the listing. Book and enjoy as we did. Thanks to the excellent host.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s just great. It’s an ancient property with all its quirks and charm. There is a washing machine for guests to use but due to the antiquity of the property there is not a permanent electrical connection for the washing machine. This is not a negative comment, just worth mentioning if you’re expecting to just use the machine without pulling it out to plug it in. We found the host exceptionally communicative and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato là per partecipare ad un concorso fatto in fiera e la posizione è veramente strategica. Lo staff in reception è stato super gentile a darci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano. A due passi dall’hotel ci sono anche un’ottima taverna per cenare e un bar per fare colazione.

Pros:

Staff cordiale, almeno minimo di aria condizionata.

Cons:

Onestamente nulla, struttura molto datata, camera minuscola mansardata da camminarci a testa bassa. Bagno con pulizia discutibile e tubature incrostate, letto piccolissimo, massimo una piazza e mezza, sicuro non due piazze. Non offre alcun servizio di colazione ma disponibili solo macchinette a monete, non raggiungibile se non con l’auto. Massimo puoi sostare una sola notte, 90€ prezzo assolutamente esagerato per ciò che offre.

La camera non curata e molto vecchia. Il bagno sporco con la doccia piena di calcare estremamente sporco ! Ma la cosa più gave è l’aspiratore con i fili scoperti al ridosso del box doccia .

Zona tranquilla e ben fornita di servizi. Ottimo il parcheggio, ottima la disponibilità dello staff nel venire incontro alle necessità di check-in fuori dagli orari previsti.

Cons:

Aria condizionata decisamente insufficiente per una mansarda esposta al sole tutto il giorno nel caldo torrido romano. Il lucernario, oscurato artificialmente con pellicola nera, emanava un calore intollerabile vanificando l'effetto della modesta potenza refrigerante del fancoil (rumoroso e poco efficiente). Insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente. Impossibile oscurare completamente la finestra (ci siamo dovuti procurare delle mascherine da sonno). In tre notti di soggiorno non sono mai stati sostituiti gli asciugamani, o risistemata la stanza. Sono tutti compromessi che potrebbero anche essere accettati, insieme alla dimensioni estremamente ridotte della camera e all'assenza della colazione, se il prezzo fosse ridotto coerentemente rispetto al livello del servizio offerto.
