The BEST STAFF HELP THAT I CAN EVER REMEMBER
Pros:

The staff goes out of their way to assist you and provide taxi service help to get around.
I left my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport and they were able to help locate and retrieve it so that I could make my flight.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small as well as the bathrooms. the tub entry to the shower is very dangerous if you are a senior. It is very high!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann fast alles gut und zu Fuß erreichen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Matratzen bequem

Leider gibt es nur einen Duschvorhang, was etwas unangenehm war. Es gab kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer; was ich angemessen finden würde.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed with.
Pros:

A small hotel but it felt luxurious. Only 33 rooms and the staff treated us very well. We dropped our bags to make a tour and found them in our room when we returned. A nice restaurant. Close to the Metro.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room was small but comfortable. Not much of a view. The rooftop bar and restaurant was closed because of the weather. Understandable.
