Disappointing - wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was excellent for accessing the city centre, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was also delightful.

Cons:

The room appeared larger in the promotional photographs, so we was disappointed by the actual size, especially considering the price paid; while we appreciate the location, in hindsight, it did not offer good value.Additionally, the bedding was thin, similar to what one might find in a hospital, and the throw blanket provided was rather scratchy

Regarding the half-board arrangement, the dinner experience was quite disappointing. It was not clearly explained that there were separate menus for hotel guests versus the general public. Furthermore, the food quality was not satisfactory. On our second night, we opted to order from the main menu and pay the additional cost for anything exceeding 64 euros, but the lamb I received was gristly and fatty, and the meal was served cold. Ultimately, we resorted to purchasing food from a local shop instead.

Pros:

Otel temizdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Teras bölümünü çok beğendik, genelde akşam yemeklerini otelde yedik, yemekler lezzetliydi. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde. Metroya yakın. Heryere yürüyerek gidebildik.

Cons:

Otel butik bir otel, odalar küçük. Pencereyi açtığınızda manzara yok. Bu durumdan memnun olmadığımızı otel görevlilerine ilettik, ikinci gece odamızı upgrade ettiler, nisbeten daha büyük bir oda verdiler.

Perfect spot for exploring Rome
Pros:

The location was close enough to all the things we wanted to see but not too close that it was super busy. The bed was comfy and the restaurant next door was delicious.
