All'arrivo mi dicono che sono nell'edificio "centrale". Bene.
Peccato che la mia camera è senza bidet (non per il mio collega), cosa non ammessa in Italia

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. It is very close to the colloseum
The one thing we didn't like is the water in the shower, its either very hot or very cold and was very difficult for us to shower. Also, alrhough it is close to the colloseum, it is about 30 mins walk for other attractions such as treci, pantheon, piazza di spagna, etc.
It was comfortable, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and tasted good.
There was a musty scent in the room at times ... not unbearable and possibly as a result of the age of the building

Great location! The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the Colosseum (about 10 minutes down the road) and the Trevi Fountain. From the end of the street, you can even catch a glimpse of the top of the Colosseum.
Our room faced the opposite side of the street and was completely quiet at night, which was surprisingly peaceful given how lively Rome is. As a result, we had a very good night's sleep.
I stayed in a room in a separate building across the street - it is just an apartment next to other tenants. It is quiet and very well-located, as the Colosseum is just a 2-minute walk away.
The room has a fridge and a safe.
The breakfast consists of a yogurt and a plate with bread, cheese, and meat, although the coffee machine is great. I did not see anything in the main building, but apparently they have a terrace.
The place is so tiny that there is not even a chair, just a bed and a closet. The furnishings are very dated and cheap, the window is small, and the view is of a brick wall just a few meters away. There is a slight smell in the bathroom.
The room is clean, but the doorknobs are not pleasant to touch.

It was close and convenient to so many places in Rome.
The water in the sink/shower was always scalding hot - no cold or in between.
