Não me hospedaria novamente
Pros:

Fui hospedada num quarto no 4º andar que tomou o sol da tarde inteira. Cheguei às 23h tomei um banho e queria dormir e descansar. Mas ás 4 horas o ar condicionado desligou, ficou tão quente que não dava nem para respirar. Aguardei um pouco porque acreditei que o ar iria religar, mas nada. Liguei e o recepcionista me disse para descer, no saguão ele disse que não tinha quarto para me realocar, que eu teria que aguardar até a limpeza. Eu lhe disse que nunca havia passado por algo semelhante e não acreditava que ele queria que eu ficasse ali no lobby até a hora da limpeza, isso já eram 5 horas. Então ele fez uma ligação e me convidou a retornar ao mesmo andar e me colocou num quarto ao lado do que eu estava anteriormente. Fiquei preocupada, o corredor estava tão quente que não acreditei que daria certo, demorei para dormir novamente. Mas o ar deste quarto funcionou até a hora de eu ir embora um dia depois. Se sabiam que o quarto não estava habitável porque me fizeram este desfavor?

Cons:

Achei descaso me alocarem num quarto que sabiam não estar com o ar funcionando só porque era single.

LA UBICACION ESTA AL LADO DE LA PUERTA DEL SOL Y DE GRAN VIA, EL PERSONAL SUPER AMABLES Y LIMPIO , EL COLCHON Y LAS ALMOHADAS BUENAS. NUESTRA HABITACION DABA A UN LATERAL Y NO HABIA NI RUIDO NI CALOR. LA PLANTA ERA LA PRIMERO Y LA HABITACION DE MATRIMONIO. VAMOS A VOLVER ALLI EN OTRO VIAJE QUE TENEMOS QUE HACER.

Cons:

POR PONER UNA PEGA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO LO PODIAMOS MOVER Y ESTABA SIEMPRE A 19 GRADOS. LO QUITAMOS Y NO PASAMOS NI GOTA DE CALOR. ESO SI TIENEN QUE ARREGLAR

Escapada agradable fin de semana en Madrid

La amabilidad del personal de recepción, la ubicación fantástica al lado de la puerta del Sol y la habitación grande y con aire acondicionado. Las camas muy cómodas

Pros:

Location is a plus for this hotel! It is at the center of attractions . Walking distance to many places. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean! I enjoyed my stay there
