Struttura comoda ma con qualcosa da migliorare

Posizione, pulizia e staff

Cons:

La colazione era per lo più salata e comunque poco variegata, quasi assente quella dolce (un piattino con qualche pasta e qualche cornetto). Non c’è la possibilità di avere pane tostato e cappuccino senza lattosio.

Very good , clean , nice , quiet hotel
Pros:

As this is my third time to stay at this hotel, I like it as it’s clean nice quite rooms , the room has equipped mini kitchen , also there’s kettle and coffee machine and refrigerator, AC working well , it’s location is very good in a very quite safe neighborhood, the tram 1 station is across the street where you can ride it 3 stops to karlplatz and downtown where you can also walk few minutes and take U1 from Taubstummengasse to downtown or to Vienna central train station, also few minutes walking from hotel you can take bus 13A to Mariahilfer Straße or to Vienna central train station . The working staff of the hotel are very friendly and cooperative as when I asked for dental kit and mobile charger so they provided them , the breakfast buffet is good clean fresh food and the restaurant is very clean and nice

Cons:

As for a 4 stars hotel the room should have slippers and bathroom robe which I asked receptionist lady and she said they don’t have at the hotel

Pros:

Location was the most important point for us and indeed it is great, close to the center. Staff, accomodations, cleaningness, breakfasts all was very good value for money. And all was on very good level.

Vaad ettiği her şeyi sunan sevimli bir tesis. Viyana'ya tekrar gidersem tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Tesis tam olarak internetteki tanıtımda sunulduğu gibiydi. Herhangi bir sürpriz ile karşılaşmadık. Personel ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı. Konumu ulaşım açısından çok rahattı, tüm raylı sistemler ile kolayca ulaşılabilir durumda. Bölge sakin ve huzurluydu.

Зручне розташування. Поруч можна легко знайти парковку. До центру хвилин 20-25 пішки. Сніданок хороший, є з чого вибрати. В номерах чисто.

Would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Great location. Within 20 mins walk to Belvedere Palace, Opera House & Vienna central station. Bus is outside the hotel and it takes you to Karlsplatz metro station & Schonbrunn or Hofburg palace within 20 mins.

Cons:

The room a bit small and hard to spread the luggage out on the floor.

Otrzymałem duży pokój z salonem, aneksem kuchennym i dużą wnęką robiącą za sypialnię. Sypialnia była pozbawiona okien. Początkowo taki układ pokoju mnie zdziwił. Jednak sypialnia znajdująca się w głębi apartamentu, bez okien okazała się wspaniała dla głębokiego snu. Dawno tak dobrze się nie wyspałem. Dodatkowo smaczne śniadanie i znakomita lokalizacja hotelu. Pobyt bardzo udany.

Cons:

Za krótki pobyt aby dostrzec minusy. Jedynie umeblowanie swoją świetność już ma dawno za sobą.
