Esquecemos duas bagagens e enviamos mensagem via Booking.com e não tivemos resposta. Só conseguimos comunicação após uma prima (que mora em Lisboa) ligar diretamente no hotel.

- a acessibilidade aos quartos é muito ruim (inexistente). É necessário transitar com as malas por paralalepípedos, o que é muito desconfortável.
O tio Bolinha (animador do kids club) faz magia com as crianças. Muito divertido, sempre a interagir com os miúdos.
Boa comida, espaço incrível no meio da natureza.
Do Jacuzzi, da piscina interior, ou seja, do SPA em geral. Gostei também de estar á noite naquele pequeno terraço/jardim que todos os quartos tem como se fosse uma varanda. A quinta, os cavalos, as actividades e os animais em geral.
Abri uma garrafa de vinho para beber com a minha mulher á noite no terraço, o preço da garrafa foi de cerca de 8€, quando tinham a mesma garrafa á venda na recepção por menos de 4€. Percebo que é um serviço mas, não me faz muito sentido, sendo que o vinho era marca própria do hotel, o facto de o estar a beber no quarto não o devia tornar mais caro pois já estou a pagar o quarto.
O local e a variedade de atividades para as crianças.
As camas dos quartos poderiam ser um pouco melhores.
Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita variedade e bem confeccionado. Os empregados estavam sempre atentos à reposição e limpeza do espaço. O jantar também foi excelente; todo o staff muito simpático e prestável.
Foi difícil obter lugares de estacionamento com sombra, podiam aumentar ligeiramente estes lugares. Não está relacionado diretamente com o hotel, mas alguns hóspedes fazem muito barulho ao andar pelos corredores já tarde (conversas e batem com as portas). Talvez fosse possível investir em portas mais isolantes de ruído.

As paisagens, incrivelmente bonito. Os funcionários muito simpáticos. O buffet do jantar incrível assim como o pequeno almoço, muitas opções. Tudo muito bem limpo. A zona da piscina de criança e do parque, incrível também.
Adorámos a nossa estadia! O hotel está inserido numa paisagem lindíssima, com vinhas, pomares, lago e uma tranquilidade que convida mesmo a desligar do dia a dia.
As áreas exteriores são muito cuidadas e agradáveis, perfeitas para relaxar, especialmente ao final do dia com aquela luz incrível do Alentejo.
Destacamos especialmente a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, que fizeram toda a diferença e tornaram a experiência ainda mais especial.
