Pros:

all nececities were present and the location offered silence

Cons:

state of the building is deceiving. looks vozy from the outside, but is close to falling apart inside. missing bricks in the decoration, paintings hanging crooked, dangerous stairs, paint peeling everywhere, walls leave behind residue whem accidently brushing past them, locks to the room barely functions, water for the shower takes a couple minutes to get hot, paint splatters on the floor, cobwebs hanging above the windows, trims above the floor are loose and barely hanging on.

Le lenzuola erano pulite

Cons:

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. Durante il soggiorno c’erano lavori nella camera adiacente, con continui rumori di muratori anche in orari piuttosto tardivi. Ho segnalato il problema più volte, ma concretamente nessuno è intervenuto per risolverlo e non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse.

A questo si aggiunge un isolamento acustico gravemente insufficiente, che rende facilmente percepibili i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze.

Anche il servizio in camera è stato deludente: la camera non è mai stata pulita durante il soggiorno e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati soltanto verso le 18, proprio mentre stavo rientrando.

Infine, delle sole due prese elettriche disponibili in camera, una non funzionava, costringendomi ad alternare continuamente la ricarica dei vari dispositivi elettronici.

Nel complesso, standard di comfort e servizio decisamente inferiori a quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ook een zeer goede ligging!

Cons:

De elektriciteit deed soms wat raar en niet alle stopcontacten werkte. Vaak geen warm water en televisie werkte niet.

La habitación está bien pero hay que subir una escalera que es sumamente angosta y en malas condiciones. El precio es caro en relación a esto. Está arriba de un bar.

L emplacement est très bien. Bonne literie, et salle de bain propre.

Cons:

Un accueil serait appréciable, il n y a jamais personne si problème. Pas de télé, seulement la télécommande. Pas de prise de courant, une multiprise qui n est pas au top.., pomme de douche qui fuit, et surtout pas d eau chaude !!

L’emplacement et le hall d’entrée refait.

Cons:

La literie car j’ai été piqué toute la nuit ??? La télé ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que la lampe de chevet. Quant à la douche, l’eau était soit brûlante soit froide. La chambre donnait sur une courette recouvertes de toiles d’araignées et sur le bord de la fenêtre, il y avait un cendrier avec des mégots.
