Great location, comfortable apartment and very easy check-in
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and straightforward.

The apartment was in very good condition and everything was well maintained. The heating worked perfectly throughout our stay. The size of the apartment was also ideal for two people, with enough space to feel comfortable.

The location was excellent as well. It was in a very convenient area, while still being very quiet, with virtually no noise from the street.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar, volgende keer een iets duurder maar vooral beter hotel uitzoeken.
Pros:

Ik liep de 1/2 marathon van Brugge en het hotel lag lekker naast de start. Dat was het enige positieve deel dat weer te niet werd gedaan door dat we vlak voor aankomst te horen kregen dat er geen kamer beschikbaar was door renovatie 😡

Cons:

Hotel zit midden in een renovatie en kregen 1 uur voor aankomst te horen dat de kamer niet beschikbaar was. 4 uur in de trein gezeten en de volgende dag een 1/2 marathon lopen vereist wel een slaap en douche plek
Met het gevoel van tegenzin van de eigenaar is er een ander (duurder) hotel geregeld en mochten we de 2e nacht kosteloos in een op dat moment vrij gekomen kamer verblijven.
Het was niet wat ik van het weekend had voorgesteld qua verblijven in een Brugshotel. Door de ellende hier ook geen ontbijt genomen.

séjour bref, intense en terme de marche à travers la ville et de visites, Très bon souvenir
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour débuter la visite de Bruges, la chambre est très confortable, la literie excellente. La salle de bain était comme neuve. J'ai eu une belle, grande chambre très calme et proche du centre historique, c'était excellent.

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié, il faut passer par une petite rue derrière la grande place où il y a les brasseries et hôtels pour arriver à la porte qui ouvre sur la réception, c'est ce que je n'ai pas trouvé tout de suite, mais j'ai appelé le gérant qui est tout de suite venu m'accueillir. Que du positif.

Un hotel à recommander.

all nececities were present and the location offered silence

Cons:

state of the building is deceiving. looks vozy from the outside, but is close to falling apart inside. missing bricks in the decoration, paintings hanging crooked, dangerous stairs, paint peeling everywhere, walls leave behind residue whem accidently brushing past them, locks to the room barely functions, water for the shower takes a couple minutes to get hot, paint splatters on the floor, cobwebs hanging above the windows, trims above the floor are loose and barely hanging on.

Le lenzuola erano pulite

Cons:

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. Durante il soggiorno c’erano lavori nella camera adiacente, con continui rumori di muratori anche in orari piuttosto tardivi. Ho segnalato il problema più volte, ma concretamente nessuno è intervenuto per risolverlo e non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse.

A questo si aggiunge un isolamento acustico gravemente insufficiente, che rende facilmente percepibili i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze.

Anche il servizio in camera è stato deludente: la camera non è mai stata pulita durante il soggiorno e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati soltanto verso le 18, proprio mentre stavo rientrando.

Infine, delle sole due prese elettriche disponibili in camera, una non funzionava, costringendomi ad alternare continuamente la ricarica dei vari dispositivi elettronici.

Nel complesso, standard di comfort e servizio decisamente inferiori a quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ook een zeer goede ligging!

Cons:

De elektriciteit deed soms wat raar en niet alle stopcontacten werkte. Vaak geen warm water en televisie werkte niet.

La habitación está bien pero hay que subir una escalera que es sumamente angosta y en malas condiciones. El precio es caro en relación a esto. Está arriba de un bar.

Ce n est pas un hotel
Pros:

L emplacement est très bien. Bonne literie, et salle de bain propre.

Cons:

Un accueil serait appréciable, il n y a jamais personne si problème. Pas de télé, seulement la télécommande. Pas de prise de courant, une multiprise qui n est pas au top.., pomme de douche qui fuit, et surtout pas d eau chaude !!
