This hotel is lovely with conscientious staff members.
Pros:

The breakfast has a very good selection. The nearness to the train station and the Santa Maria Novella cathedral was great. The decor was lovely and elegant.

Hotel all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca che si trova di fronte a Santa maria Novella, in cui la colazione è servita con proposte di qualità in un contesto affascinante.

Cons:

E' sicuramente una struttura che potrebbe essere tenuta molto meglio, si vedono gli aggiornamenti, ma si notano molto di più le strutture e le situazioni che andrebbero adeguate, che portano a chiedersi se vale davvero le 4 stelle che dichiara.

Fantastic location for exploring Florence
Pros:

Went for this hotel as wanted to be in this particular area. Staff by prior arrangements allowed us to leave our cases before check in as we arrived by train early morning. Good location 5-10 min walk from train station. Restaurants cafes all close by. Duomo 10 min walk. Room clean, staff friendly. Were surprised and pleased to be given a room over looking the church and piazza.

Room had damp, window was non-existant, breakfast was very poor quality. Seemed more like a 2 star than a 4 star hotel.

Ottima posizione e staff molto cordiale
Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima perché è vicina sia alla stazione che al centro, per cui se si ha la possibilità di arrivare in treno a Firenze si può evitare il pensiero di dover trovare parcheggio.
La camera è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari.

Das Hotel versprüht eine wunderbare Kombination aus historischem Flair, elegantem Stil und gemütlichem Charme. Alles war absolut sauber und bestens gepflegt.
