La plage est proche et il y a des bons restaurants
Chaque nuit on entendait des bruits, le bruit de quelque chose tombe par terre de voisins, les gens parlent, les pas de couloir...chaque nuit c'était bruiant.
A localização era boa e havia muita opção de estacionamento na rua (pagar pelo hotel teriam sido 10€ dia)

O alojamento dececionou em várias áreas:
- desde o check in, funcionários antipáticos que reagiram mal quando disse que não queria que tirassem fotocópia do meu Cartão de cidadão, exigiram-me 100€ de caução quando no fim percebi que não era aplicável a mim (apenas a grupos específicos) e deram-me um papel de T&C para assinar em inglês, sendo que eu sou portuguesa e confirmei que a versão em português estava disponível. Péssimo início.
- o alojamento em que ficámos tinha o microondas estragado e o wifi não funcionava, não tem telefone para a receção portanto liguei do meu, e disseram que é ‘normal’, portanto não havia internet.
- pequeno almoço sem opções, sumos sem qualidade, sem água, sem fruta (só laranjas), havia apenas croissants e pouco mais, deixou muito a desejar
- barulho: este é um local de festas, com muitos jovens que criam desacatos e por vezes com aspeto sujo, se procura um sitio para descansar e dormir sem barulhos noturnos de festa, este não é o lugar ideal, passei noites sem dormir por causa do barulho dos outros apartamentos
The location was right on new town

Perfect location. I've stayed here before and this was the main reason I chose these apartments again. Near the beach and near all the night life.
AVOID!!!! The apartment was full of COCKROACHES ( they usually hide when you turn on the lights and still we saw loads) We notified reception and left on our second night as they were even in our bags and the BED! We left at early hours of the morning, could not find alternative accommodation due to the time. And are still waiting for them to reply after making a formal complaint , sending pictures and explaining what happened. This was a week ago.
The balcony door on the right hand side did not shut and our apartment was on the first floor so it was easy to climb up and enter. We told reception just after check in when we noticed and they said they would send someone the next morning. We could have had someone come in or even our things stolen. The apartment wasn't safe.
Location amazing and the room was perfect size and really clean.

It was close to the main area of Albuferia which made it easy to walk to places.
It was very noisy at night time from 10:00pm-6:00am every night, some nights were worser than others so we barely slept.
Maybe sound proof walls would help? Or as the noise was from the same group of men shouting every night I’m surprised complaints wasn’t made from this or the person on reception dealing with it as for sure they would of heard the noise all night too.
Super appartements pour notre groupe ! Très bien situé (proche plage et rue festive), personnel au top et coin piscine très sympa!!! la vue est sublime!! merci
Un peu de bruit le matin avec la rue et manque d'isolation..
mais plutot logique pour nous qui voulait dormir après la Bringue :-)

A localização é ótima, perto da praia e de vários restaurantes.
O estacionamento é descoberto deixando o carro pegando um sol muito forte.
Infelizmente encontrei pequenas baratinhas na área da cozinha.
O café da manhã é muito ruim sem nenhuma variedade, não vale a pena.
Location was good. The air conditioning in our room worked which was good.
The staff were miserable. We wasn't allowed to take water round the pool. The room that was advertised to sleep 2 people was a L- shape sofa, no beds or bedroom. There were charges for bedding and towel changes.

Shower was excellent.
Reception staff were very helpful.
If you want a quiet holiday this complex is not for you. Caters for hens and stag do's. They were at the pool all day, rowdy. I felt uncomfortable being a woman on my own.
