Personeel in bar/restaurant kent onvoldoende Engels
Snelheid waarmee diner geserveerd wordt is veel te hoog (aperitief was er nog niet en we hadden al ons voorgerecht)

Ok pour un court séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec climatisation performante, salle de bain agréable et literie de bonne qualité.
Parking disponible pour les clients.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner bien que bien que achalandé, est de qualité très moyenne. Une rehausse de la qualité serait à envisager.
Le restaurant est correct mais un peu cher.
Personnel ne parlant parfois pas le portugais, ce qui est un comble pour Madère.
Espace piscine très petit.

mooi infinitypool op rooftop, mooie kamer, goede bedden, verduisterende gordijnen, toegang tot natuurlijke baden, privé parking

Cons:

Een kaart met informatie over wandelingen zou handig zijn en was niet aanwezig terwijl dat wel de voornaamste reden is dat toeristen naar Madeira gaan. In het toeristenbureau hadden ze wel een algemene kaart met PR wandelroutes over gans Madeira.

Perfecte locatie tegen over de natuurlijke baden (openbare). Fantastisch rooftop pool. Aardig personeel. We waren hier een week, was geweldig.

Cons:

Parkeer plaats, weinig plek en met name overdag zoeken naar een plekje.

Pros:

Hotel staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast selection was great. Location is just 5 minutes away from natural pools and hotel provides free tickets. We were welcomed by free drinks for kids and ourselves, which was great after long day.

Cons:

All family rooms have no see view.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit erstklassigem Service.

Das Hotel war absolute Spitzenklasse. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben habe ich sowohl dem Reinigungspersonal als auch dem Küchenteam Trinkgeld gegeben. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und reise sehr viel – für mich war das eine kleine, aber ehrliche Wertschätzung für die außergewöhnliche Leistung des gesamten Personals.

Gleichzeitig möchte ich damit auch anderen Interessenten vermitteln, welchen besonderen Stellenwert diese Unterkunft für meine Partnerin und mich hatte. Die Betten sind riesig, und meines Erachtens verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen Balkon. Das Bad war ausgesprochen sauber, und sämtliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir werden 2028 wieder nach Porto Moniz reisen und definitiv erneut in diesem Hotel übernachten.

P. S.: Unbedingt das Beerhouse besuchen – das Bananenbier ist hervorragend!

Plein les yeux.
Pros:

Emplacement, propreté, accueil pro et poli, petit déjeuner, baignoire avec vue sur la montagne, piscine intérieure et extérieure, vraiment très bien.

Cons:

Quand on veut aller faire une promenade, ce serait pas mal que le petit déjeuner puisse se prendre 30 minutes plus tot.
