Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten.
Es lag sehr zentral, die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, in einem Raum, der sehr heiß und ohne Belüftung war.
Im Zimmer funktionierte die Belüftung im innenliegenden Bad nicht.
Quartos enormes, foi ótimo conseguir abrir todas as malas e organizar para o voo de retorno ao Brasil .
No último dia nós foi dado um box de lanche já que nosso voo era muito cedo e não havia tempo para o café da manhã
Nada . Observe que o hotel fica em uma região nobre, mas menos turística, precisando de transporte para muitos pontos de visitação

Ottima posizione della struttura.situata vicino a 2 stazioni della metropolitana, una delle quali collega l aeroporto. Dall'hotel si può raggiungere il centro benissimo a piedi per chi non ha problemi a camminare. Per raggiungere la zona della Torre di Belem, c'è nelle immediate vicinanze una linea del bus.
La struttura è accogliente e personale gentile. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata.
Le camere erano pulite giornalmente, il letto era comodo.
La struttura come già detto è ottima, unica pecca c'è bisogno di un po di cura nei dettagli dell oggettistica della camera.
Clean, spacious, good location
Parking was full, and we got not informed well beforehand.
Other than a few issues stemming from the property being an older building, I didn’t encounter any negative situations. I had been a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. The cleanliness was very good. In particular, the staff who welcomed us at the reception were extremely polite and helpful. They responded to all of our requests promptly and did their best to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
