Pros:

The location is great and the staff is nice, courteous, polite

Cons:

I had to pay to upgrade to balcony room since staying in the regular single room was like staying in a third world hospital. Besides being incredibly small and the room smelling horribly and just feeling gross, the most unbearable thing was the walls were so thin and uninsulated I could hear people in other rooms across all the hall coughing, farting, snoring, going to the toilet. I could hear not only what people were saying on the phone but in the room next to me the voice on the other side of the phone as well. It was absolutely unfit for rest. The balcony room which was on a different floor and down the hall was much better but it also costs much more than a single one. The only good things are the staff who is very nice and the location, otherwise do not recommend this place unless you get the balcony rooms as farther from the elevator as possible.

Great value for money. Great staff. Thin walls.

Walls are thin. Can hear talking and footsteps on other floors during the night.
Shower in my room causing small leaking onto the bathroom floor.

Pros:

I had a great experience! Comfortable clean room, friendly staff, free WiFi and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

My only issues were that no one was at the desk when I checked out and I couldn't see any check out instructions/ where to put the room card, so I just left it on the reception desk. But it was early in the morning at around 6:20am. There was also no do not disturb sign option for the room door that I could find, so the cleaner came in everyday even if I didn't need her to, but she did do a good job.

Localização espetacular! Alguns funcionários (as senhoras do balcão) são simpáticos.

Cons:

Muito coisa... Quartos minúsculos, ausência de frigobar (mesmo que fosse um bem pequeno); Alguns funcionários (alguns homens do balcão) são "frios" na interação; como os quartos são minúsculos, todo o resto também é, incluindo a televisão (mais parece um tablet, de tão pequeno)

Pros:

Es war alles bestens. Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer mit Standardausstattung, mit täglicher Reinigung und 24h Rezeption. Direkt gegenüber vom Lidl und in einem schönen Viertel mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Fußläufig vom großen Einkaufszentrum El Corte Inglés inkl. Kino und dem Museum Gulbenkian. Zwischen zwei Metrostationen gelegen mit Direktverbindung zum Flughafen mit der „roten Linie“ und mit der „blauen Linie“ ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Von dort aus kam man auch mit dem Taxi nachts für um die 8 Euro wieder zum Hotel. Super Ausgangspunkt und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and approachable, which made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was a little small and the breakfast was rather simple, but everything was tidy and perfectly acceptable. Even the room on the first floor / raised ground floor was fine. Although there was a restaurant nearby, almost below the window, the noise was not a serious problem. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
