Un angolo di charme nel centro di Portofino
Pros:

Staff organizzato e molto gentile , la struttura e’ piccola ma ha tutto il necessario ed è ben arredata, profumata, moderna. La colazione l’ho trovata fantastica e la sala e’ molto graziosa. Stile curato e attenzione al cliente. Al mio arrivo ho avuto un upgrade ed è stato molto gradito. La navetta a disposizione e’ un valore aggiunto così come la spiaggia a paraggi, fantastica .

You pay only for Location, and Decoration
Pros:

Location and decoration only, you overnnight in a chic room, and easy walk town in 3 mins, thats why you pay that high amount

Very poor breakfast, with one or none waiter, rooms are very cold in May, dont except a 5 * Hotel,

Not worth the price
Pros:

Just to echo some of the other reviews. If you get a good deal, by all means stay here, but if you are paying $800-$900 per night, just don't expect to get a 5 star hotel. Spa and garden were closed during our stay, but there was no warning on the website or anywhere else until we arrived. Our room was small without much room for a 2nd suitcase. Balcony door wouldn't shut all the way. No amenities like tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast buffet was nice, but had to pay to get things off the a la carte menu which just felt cheap. I think if we expected a 3 star hotel, then we wouldn't have been so disappointed in what we were getting. On the plus side, service at reception was good and it is a very short walk down to the water.

Staff was ok, polite

Cons:

they said they upgraded our room and received a poor quality backup room, very cold, at the last floor, tiny, with tiny bed... i have stayed at 3 hotels, all 5 stars in Italy and they all claim to offer upgrades but that is not true all the time..

Pros:

From the moment of arrival to leaving, we felt warmly looked after with exceptional attention. The hotel is in a wonderful position in that you do not need to use a car once you are there as everything is workable. Charming little Paradise on the edge of everything in Portofino.
