Pros:

Lo que más me gustó sin duda alguna fueron la comodidad de sus camas.
Hacía muchísimo tiempo que no descansaba tan bien.
Son súper confortables.

Cons:

No me gustó el trato de algunos camareros del comedor y que en el parking exterior, hay falta de luz por la noche.
Deberían de poner algo más de iluminación.

La amabilidad del personal en especial de Celia y Vero en el servicio de restaurante.
La limpiadora también muy amable y simpática todo siempre muy limpio y ordenado.
Las actuaciones de entretenimiento sin duda la mejor la de Adrián Ruiz

El servicio de spa era muy ruidoso no había nada de silencio.
La hora del desayuno un poco caótico, muy pocas máquinas de café para tanto aforo

La comida es abundante y buena calidad.

Cons:

Las colas para acceder al comedor son insufribles y el poco espacio entre las mesas dificultan la movilidad dando sensaciòn de agobio, deberian habilitar una zona mas para evitar ese agobio.
Por todo lo expuesto no creo que repita otra vez en dicha cadena.

LA atención de los camareros, son muy amables y simpáticos. Y siempre se preocupan porque te sientas y estés cómoda, En especial Patrick y José Gaspar. Muy buenos camareros

Que no ahí actividades para las personas adultas. No personas mayores. Para los jóvenes. Todo está enfocado para los niños y no debería ser Javi. Los papis también queremos divertirnos.
Luego que no ponen música el ambiente es muy aburrido por las tardes
