Este ok dar mai este loc de mai bine

Personalul zâmbitor, atmosfera deosebit de plăcută, mâncarea diversificată și gustoasă, inclusiv paine fără gluten, lapte vegetal si iaurt fără lactoza. Curățenia impecabila!!. Per total, o experiență foarte plăcută și relaxantă. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Az elhelyezkedése. A takarító személyzet nagyon kedvesek voltak, mindig előre köszöntek és mosolyogtak.

Cons:

Az ágyak nagyon kényelmetlenek voltak. A személyzet tette a dolgát, de ha nem köszöntünk előre, akkor ránk se hederítettek.

Se putea și mai bine, ca pe vremuri

Mâncarea, amplasamentul in parc cu multă verdeață, in exterior clienți liniștiți

Cons:

Curatenia la sala de mese erau locuri unde podeaua se lipea de pantofi, erau in șantier lângă bazine, apa din bazine mai rece ca de obicei și cu murdarii in suspensie, patul scârțâie ceea ce nu am mai pățit, la Aquapalota nimeni nu se ocupa de clienții gălăgioși care deranjau permanent și asta se întâmplă de ceva vreme,

Pros:

Faptul ca au inclusa intrarea la aqua park printr-un coridor ce leaga hotelul, e un mare plus. Sunt prosoape si halate incluse. Cazare cu demipensiune. Mic dejun bogat si variat, cina ok.

Cons:

Bauturile nu sunt incluse la cina, nici macar apa plata. Personalul hotelului chiar daca stiu romaneste, prefera sa vorbeasca maghiara sau engleza si se comporta ca si cand nu ar sti, vorbind perfect romaneste doar cu cei varstnici care nu stiu alta limba straina.
