Important information:

Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. 5 year old children will be charged for free, children between 6-12 will be charged for 85 EUR, above 13 years old will be charged for 170 EUR.

Pyszne jedzenie zwłaszcza lody, dostęp do zewnętrznego basenu nawet po zmroku. Świetnym pomysłem jest lodówka z butelkowaną wodą mineralną dostępna całą dobę.

Predovsetkym strava- ta bola zo vsetkeho najhorsia. Polievky aj omacky na cestoviny boli z polotovarov. Jedla dokladali s vyraznym oneskorenim, a aj to po viacerych urgenciach personalu. Kavovar v jedalni bol tak spinavy, ze som si ho po dvoch dnoch odfotila, aby som mala dokaz. Az potom ho konecne umyli. Maslo na ranajkach bolo tri tyzdne po zaruke, a vymenili ho az potom, co som na to upozornila personal. V 4hvuezdickovom hoteli necakate, ze v ramci poobedneho snacku dostanete fornetti alebo parky s horcicou!

Poskytovaný pitný režim. Forma all inclisive. Bezény. Čistota v bazénoch. Upratovanie na izbe. Teplota vody. Prestávky na upratovanie v bazénovej časti. Celodenný prístup ku káve a nápojom.

Prestieranie na stoloch v jedálny bolo pogumované, lepkavé a často krát aj znečistené. Stoly v jedálni sa nečistili. Jedlo, na to, že sme v Maďarsku, nie príliš chutné. Jedlo bolo podávané často krát aj z minulého dňa. Jedlo pokazilo celkový dojem z hotela. Výdaj jedla na nie príliš dostupnom mieste. Zvážil by som presun výdaju jedla do priestoru, tak aby bol prístup z každej strany vzhľadom na počet stravníkov. Zlá kapacita výťahov. Doporučujem zakúpenie minimálne ešte 2.

Neskutečný servis, pohodlí a skvělý personál. Jídlo famózní. Pokoj exklusivní, prostorný, postele pohodlné. Vnitřní i venkovní bazény dobře udržované a čisté.

Cons:

Okolí a město trochu posmutnělé a omšelé. Kdo nemá rád plný hotel a davy lidí, nebude spokojen.

Wspaniałe miejsce do wypoczynku i kuracji.
Pros:

Hotel wspaniały i wiele udogodnień. Jeśli mowa o niedogodnościach to z pewnością brak miejsc parkingowych, a raczej trudność z ich pozyskiwaniem no i ślamazarne windy. Ale jestem świadoma, ze te rzeczy są niezależne od organizacji hoteli. A to uważam za bardzo dobre. Chciałabym powrócić w przyszłości niedalekiej.
