Important information:

Families with more children (maximum 4 children) will be allocated 2 rooms. In this case, the rate for 2 single rooms plus the mentioned child rates apply.

All-inclusive catering does not include drinks from the minibar and from the Quint bar.

Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. 5 year old children will be charged for free, children between 6-12 will be charged for 85 EUR, above 13 years old will be charged for 170 EUR.

Vše mimo níže popsaných věci. Jinak naprostá spokojenost. Jezdíme sem opakovaně.

Vzhledem k počtu Českých návštěvníků chybí někde popisy v češtině. Drtivá většina návštěvníků vnitřních bazénu do nich vstupuje bez osprchovani!!! Apeluji na personál aby na to návštěvníky upozorňoval!!! Děkuji.

Užili jsme si příjemnou dovolenou. Výtky snad poslouží k ještě lepšímu dojmu z příští návštěvy :-)
Pros:

Lokalita se nam velmi libí a i z tohoto důvodu k vám opakovaně jezdíme. Milý a vstřícný personál. čistota pokoje(perfektně připravený, nerušen ostaními), výtahy, chodby, restaurace, snídaně bez nejmenší výtky v kvalitě i sortimentu. Rekonstrukce lázní se opravdu podařila. Cítili jsme se u vás velice příjemně.

Cons:

Jednoznačně obědy a večěře. Kvalita surovin a výběr výborný, ale bohužel toto zkazila úprava pokrmů. Ryby nabízeny vysušené( nejhorší pečený pstruh nakrájený na podkovy-viděl a ochutnal to vůbec někdo, než to vydal z kuchyně? nesmyslné kombinace chutí v masech. A nejhorší guláš(v nabídce dokonce jako maďarský...).Polévky dobré chutí i výběrem, přílohy dobré, zelenina perfektní(čeerstvá i v slaátech dochucená), zákusky většinou skvělé a sýry příjemný výběr. Pivo 100%, víno dobrý výběr, odpovídající ceně ubytování. V lázních, které jsou velmi pěkně zrenovovány je bohužel cítit u WC zápach a celkovému dojmu nepřidávají ani orezlé odpadkové koše.

I like this hotel
Pros:

I was here for the second time (first time last autumn), and again I really appreciated this hotel: nice staff, a wide variety of food, cleanness... We were nicely surprised by the totally newly renovated room, and it looked very nice. The outside roller blinds made the room nicely dark. A really nice and relaxing stay. I hope to come again in the future.

Cons:

Parking 8 € per day is too expensive. Unfortunately, even in the newly renovated room there were not enough holders to dry towels from the pool, swim shorts, and shower towels of two people.
The air conditioning cannot be set below 22°C.
Please place a small table next to the gaming tables in the lobby so guests can put their drinks down, since it is not allowed to place them on the gaming tables, which is understandable. :-)

Würden sofort wieder das Hotel besuchen.
Pros:

Uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
Das Zimmer war wirklich nagelneu. Das Essen sowie die Getränke waren ausgezeichnet.
