Pros:

A szálloda szépen felújított, tiszta. Az ételek minősége és válsztéka kiváló volt. A személyzet kedves. A wellnes részleg jó, a napozó teraszokról a kilátás szép. A parkoló tágas, mindig volt szabad hely parkolni.

Cons:

A standard szoba, amiben voltunk nagyon kicsi volt. A szekrényben alig fért el a ruhánk. A szobában csak két fogas volt, így a ruháinkat, a fürdőköntöst jobb híján a kinyitott szekrényajtóra akasztottuk.

Krasny , krasne a prakticky zarizene pokoje i cely hotel. Jidlo naprosto luxusni, velka pochvala. Moc se nam libilo vse.

Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo ładny. Pokoje czyste i duże a łazienki bardzo dobrze wyposażone, duże i ładnie wykończone. Personel jest bardzo miły i uprzejmy z małym minusem dla kelnerów w restauracji głównej gdzie serwowane są śniadania i obiadokolacje. Trzeba trochę poczekać aż przyjdą i przyjmą zamowie na napoje. Ogólna bardzo dobra i jestem zadowolony z wyboru tego hotelu. I jeszcze słowo o drugiej restauracji, serwuje wyśmienite dania nawet zwykla pizza ma wyjątkowy smak.

A választék az étkezéseknél bőséges volt, de a tisztaságon lehetne javítani.
Pros:

A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges választéka.
Zene a vacsora alatt. A spa és játszószoba.

Cons:

Sajnos a fürdőszoba érkezésünkkor nem volt elléggé tiszta. Az előző vendégtől ott maradt haj és szőrzet nem éppen volt szép látvány valamint a sárga nagyobb folt a szőnyegen a szobában. Valamint sem a reggelinél, sem a vacsoránál nem hogy nem volt lefertőtlenítve az asztal a másik vendég után, de még rendesen le se lett törölve csak a morzsát egy ronggyal lesöpörték, ami talán nedves volt. Az etetőszékek is többször koszosak voltak. Ez egy ilyen hotelnél nem szabadna megtörténnie.

A szálloda lokációja, a szoba tisztasága, a vacsora, a wellness.

Cons:

Ahogyan a vacsoránál ki vannak szépen írva mindenhova az allergének, úgy kellene a reggelinél is. Sajnos sem a pékáruknál, sem a felvágottaknál nem tudtam, mi tartalmaz tejet és mi nem. Elég nagy választék volt, biztos lett volna közte nekem megfelelő, ha ki van írva.
A szobánkban jó lett volna néhány plusz fogas, akasztó a száradó köpenyeknek, törölközőknek.

Teljesen meg vagyunk elégedve, minden jó volt.
Pros:

Kényelmes szoba, bőséges és jó minőségű étel.
Jó felszereltség, profi masszőrök, jó elhelyezkedés.
Külön pozitív a szépen kiépített saját strand rész.
Kifejezetten barátságos, nagyon segítőkész személyzet.
Láthatóan gyerek és állatbarát, ami szintén nagyon jó dolog.

Cons:

A hotel elég modern, azonban a liftek egymástól függetlenek: 4 lift van, azonban ha egynél nyomjuk a hívást, az a többire nem vonatkozik, így sajnos amikor nagyobb a forgalom (pl kicsekkolás) a liftek külön mind megállnak mindenhol ahol hívták, akkor is, ha már nincs beszálló, cserébe lassul a rendszer, ezt esetleg lehetne még fejleszteni.
Ezen kívül nem tudunk semmit, ami ne lett volna kiváló :D
