Švaru, ramu, tvarkinga. Geri pusryčiai. Patogi dislokacijos vieta. Patinka, kad galima nemokamai laikyti automobilį.

Elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, ez egyben a fő előnye is.
Pros:

A szálloda egyaránt közel van a pályaudvarhoz és a városközponthoz. A szobák tágasak, a reggeli, bár nem túl változatos, ízletes és bőséges.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában állandó csatornaszag érezhető. A hangszigetelés nagyon gyenge, fentről dobogás, oldalról még a tüsszentés is hallható.
A személyzet eléggé barátságtalan - maguktól nem köszönnek, soha egy mosoly az arcukon.

Хорошее размещение. Не далеко от жд вокзала

Cons:

Грязно. Не убранный номер. (Остались бутылки от предыдущих жильцов, грязные полушки, простыни не того размера итд)

Gut gelegenes eher rustikales Hotel mit Motorradparkfläche im Innenhof.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Tor zur Altstadt und das wir unsere Motorräder im Innenhof parken konnten.

Cons:

Personal eher wortkarg und wenig interessiert an Gästen

Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt, przede wszystkim dzięki ludziom, którzy tworzą to miejsce. Przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy i od pierwszej chwili zostaliśmy niezwykle ciepło przyjęci przez panią Oksanę z recepcji. Wszystko spokojnie i dokładnie nam wyjaśniła, zadbała o nas po podróży, a przy tym okazała się przesympatyczną, kompetentną osobą i prawdziwą poliglotką. Później bardzo pomogła nam również w poznawaniu Wilna i podpowiedziała, co warto zobaczyć.

Cały personel był bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Pokoje są świetnie wyposażone, bardzo czyste i mają wszystko, czego można oczekiwać od hotelu tej klasy. Dobre jedzenie i bardzo wygodne położenie – blisko Starego Miasta, więc Wilno można spokojnie zwiedzać pieszo.

To jeden z tych hoteli, które dobrze wspomina się nie tylko ze względu na standard, ale przede wszystkim ze względu na ludzi. Pani Oksano – szczególne podziękowania dla Pani za serdeczność, cierpliwość i opiekę!
