Pros:

My son and I were on a cycling tour of Northern Italy, and the hotel was great - highly recommended. Bike storage was safe and easy. It's hot in August, and the fan (provided in the room) was very necessary - and fortunately there were no mosquitoes as we had to keep the windows open!

Tolle Lage!

Es war ein angenehmer Stadttrip mit einer guten Unterkunft. Alles war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt auch zum Ende der Frühstückszeit.

Cons:

Das die Zimmer leider keine Klimaanlage hatte.

Rundum zufrieden

Uns wurde bereits auf dem Weg telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass die gewünschten getrennten Betten im gebuchten Zimmer nicht möglich sind. Uns wurde das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss mit einem Sofabett zusätzlich angeboten, was den Platz im Zimmer erheblich beengt hatte oder ein tolles großes Upgrade Zimmer mit Blick auf die Einfahrt zur Wahl angeboten. Vor Ort angekommen konnten wir uns beide Zimmer ansehen und entschieden uns gegen den Flussblick und für das Upgrade. Wir waren mit der angebotenen Lösung sehr glücklich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, warme und kalte Speisen, sowie frisches Obst, Müsli, Brot, Toast, Semmeln, Croissants und vieles mehr stand zur Auswahl für die Gäste bereit. Verschiedene Tees und Kaffee gehörte selbstverständlich auch dazu. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ließ sich zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten wunderschön am Fluss entlang laufen. Die Stadt bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, bummeln, tolle Restaurants, wobei wir 2 der vom Hotel als Kooperationspartner angebotenen ausprobiert haben und uns über die Vergünstigung gefreut haben. Bitte beibehalten. Abends in einer der Bars zu sitzen, ist uns in den paar Tagen zur Gewohnheit geworden. Nachmittags haben wir den hoteleigenen Pool ausgiebig genossen. Diese Erfrischung an den heißen Sommertagen war toll. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage rundum genossen. Die inkludierte Fahrkarte für den ÖPNV war auch sehr angenehm. Wir bekamen diese sogar ausgedruckt an der Rezeption überreicht. Prima und danke nochmal dafür. Wir waren auch schon in mehreren anderen Hotels in Meran, doch bis jetzt ist Flora unser Favorit.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass wir wegen der Hitze bei geöffneten Fenstern geschlafen haben und der Lärm auf der Straße schon sehr früh anfing und extrem laut war. Das hätten wir bei einer Sackgasse nicht erwartet. Es muss sich wohl um Lieferverkehr zum Hotel gehandelt haben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war heiss und stickig im Zimmer. Der Preis war sehr hoch dafür.

Alle Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage ein hingestellter Ventilator hilft nicht bei Zimmertemperaturen oberhalb von 28^C. Im Sommer gar nicht zu empfehlen

Cute Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Nice hotel in a great location along the river. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the city during our short stay. The A/C and a table top fan in the room were a great bonus during a hot stay in July.
