Hier ist der Gast ein Kaiser !
Pros:

Ein klein wenig fühlt man sich hier, als könnten Sissi und Franz gleich mal ums Eck schauen. Aber man hat die historische Patina sehr gut mit modernem Komfort kombiniert. Alles wird getragen von hoch motivierten und gut geschulten Mitarbeitern, die wirklich bemüht sind, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das superbe Frühstück, das sowohl quantitativ, als auch qualitativ zu überzeugen weiß. Was hier morgens geboten wird, ist schon wirklich ein perfekter Start in den Tag, den man in und um Opatija sehr abwechslungsreich und auch weiterhin genussreich verbringen kann. Glücklicherweise sind die Narben der sozialistischen Vergangenheit in der Region an der Kvarner Bucht deutlich reduzierter, als zum Beispiel im benachbarten Riejeka.

Cons:

Die Aussengastronomie im Spa Bereich könnte optimiert werden. Man fühlt sich dort manchmal etwas allein gelassen.

Beautiful view. Our room has been upgraded. Breakfast was out of this world. Amazing service. The waiter remembered what kind of coffee we drank each morning. We will come back when we have a chance again. Also free parking including car charging was very usefull.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Great hotel, with big rooms, everything is nice and clean. We were particularly impressed by staff, everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating, we would especially highlight Marin at the restaurant and Nikola at the front desk. Overall great experience and you definitely get what you pay for

Terrific, friendly, one of a best me end my husband experienced ever.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff as well. I will remember the staff running to help all the time. Among them Marin was extremely helpful and polite. Beach restorant was terific, sunbeds always prepared, towels as much as it needed, refreshing drinks to the sunbeds, limitless.

The hotel location was excellent. The staff were super nice and the service was first class. The car had a parking space in the hotel's parking garage, where the staff parked the car for you. Excellent breakfast, where the quantity and quality of the dishes ordered to the table surprised me positively. Lovely outdoor terrace for enjoying breakfast and the staff was constantly present.
