Nice Hotel, good value for money.
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast available

Cons:

Inflexible when I had to change my arrival date to arrive 3 days later,. Hotel was unwilling to move or amend booking, so I had to pay for 2 nights that I did not use.

Foi-nos exigido à saída um segundo pagamento da estadia, após o pagamento inicial à Booking.com ter sido confirmado. A postura da responsável de Recepção/Diretora foi exclusiva na defesa da posição do hotel demonstrando zero empatia para clientes a quem estava a ser exigido o pagamento em dobro de um serviço que havia ser prestado. Se existem questões a resolver entre a Booking.com e o hotel, a responsabilidade não deve ser imputada ao cliente final, mas resolvidas entre as partes. O pequeno do hotel era muito limitado e a limpeza da casa de banho deixava a desejar.

Boa localização, mas necessidade de melhorias, para um hotel de 4*
Pros:

Da localização, mesmo no centro da cidade, com restaurantes/cafés em volta, e facilidade em dar um pequeno passeio pela cidade de Setúbal.
Apesar da localização central, os barulhos que ouvimos foram apenas do próprio prédio.

Cons:

Cama bastante rija.
Sem lugares de estacionamento, visto que tudo na zona é pago.
Nota-se que é um hotel com bastantes anos, apesar das remodelações, ouve-se os barulhos dos outros quartos, através das saídas de ar.
