• ARRIVAL:
24H Reception
• TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount 2,20€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
• SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (1 pet per room)

Bellissima la struttura, che si integra completamente nel paesaggio ,privacy totale, camera spaziosa, posizione fantastica,vicino a Binibeca Vell, e a tantissimi buoni ristoranti. Colazione con vista mare, ottima qualità e completa di tutto
L’emplacement le logement avec roof top et la vue exceptionnelle sur Binibeca et la mer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner extra. Les 3 piscines et la restauration du soir en terrasse

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit toller Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Aussicht und Lage ist wirklich super und es gibt genügend (kosten-)freie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.
Wir haben fast immer eine freie Liege am Pool bekommen. In der Sonne immer, mit Schirm musste man am Nachmittag immer etwas schauen.
Beim Zimmerservice wurden alle drei Tage nur max. die Handtücher gewechselt. Eine Reinigung hat nicht stattgefunden. Auch der Fußboden wurde weder gesaugt noch gewischt.
Der Bilder der Buchung, hatten wir keine Liegen auf einer Terrasse am Zimmer, sondern lediglich zwei Stühle auf einem Balkon zur Straße. Das fand ich sehr enttäuschend und auch auf die Nachfrage, war kein Wechsel möglich.
When we arrived we were shown our room, which did not seem to match the photographs on Booking.com. as the room did not have a large terrace with sun loungers. The Manager kindly showed me other rooms which again did not match. Finally I asked for a room with a sea view and was accommodated. She said that there would be no extra charge as we were only staying three days. It was very kind of her not to charge us extra, but I do believe that the photos are not accurate and misleading. The hotel grounds are lovely with stunning views of the sea. The restaurant by the pool is very good with some very different dishes.
The kitchen facilities, there was no crockery, no utensils, no large cups, only small espresso. The breakfast room was very basic, the food was good, but the dining cart being pushed around with a bucket on it collecting dirty dishes was unbelievable. I think they need to invest in more staff and have more umbrellas on the terrace so that you can sit outside
Les infrastructures sont au top et propices à la détente, la vue, la localisation pour visiter le nord et l'est de l'île est nickel, les lits sont confortables
Le personnel peu aimable et aidant en cas de souci (accueil froid au check-in ; on s'est fait voler nos bikinis sur l'étendoir de la terrasse, aucune réaction du personnel de la réception hors que ces vols sont visiblement récurrents, j'espère que l'hôtel va mettre quelque chose en place), les équipements de la kitchenette (littéralement 1 mini casserole, 1 couvert et une assiette par personne)

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no había donde tomar algo en el hotel , cierra pronto

Très clairement le personnel de l'accueil ! Aucune sympathie ! Surtout les 3 femmes auxquelles nous avons eu affaire ! Elles n'ont a acun moment cherché à nous aider alors que nous n'étions pas satisfaits de notee chambre par exemple. Même pas essayé de dire un "désolée" .. Elles ont refusé de nous donner le numéro à faire depuis la chambre pour les joindre et lorsque nous les appelions depuis nos portables elle ne répondaient pas car soit disant débordées !! Il fallait se déplacer jusqu'à elles !!
