Be mindful some rooms have no windows, don't know if this is something normal. We was moved when we approached this as my mum has COPD and did not feel relaxed. This is all and we was moved

Locatie direct in het centrum was prima. Goede hygiëne. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Geen Nederlandse tv, veel geluid van bovenburen en de karaokebar naast het hotel, lawaai tot 5 uur 's morgens.

Buena ubicación, personal amable y se agradece tener cafe y galletitas en la habitación.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena aunque para llegar por la noche las calles están poco iluminadas y solitarias. La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña y la cama minúscula. Además hay un escaloncito camino al baño que como te levantes de noche y no te acuerdes ....

Would consider using it again - great location
Pros:

Hotel was clean and tidy. Room and bed comfortable. Although because of the kingsize bed and shape of the room there was just enough room to get around the foot of the bed. But good compromise to get a kingsize bed.

Hotel was well located - 20-30min walk from Amsterdam Central and 30min walk to the Van Gogh Museum. Loads of great places to eat within easy walking distance - some a few minutes eg the excellent Nepalese restaurant just around the corner and just 20mins to "china town" with all sorts of restaurants.

Cons:

There is a nearby nightclub and the base can make things in the room rattle a bit. It didn't wake us but if awake in the night needed earplugs together back to sleep. Stopped about 4:30am. Not an issue on Sunday night.

It was a shelter for a night but wasn’t particularly special

Located near a club. Although sound insulation was good, you could feel vibrations in the room until the early hours of the morning.

Loud booming from nightclub every night from midnight to 4 or 5 am
Cons:

There is nothing really to complain about in regards to the hotel itself. The issue is that there is a night club next door that is playing loud bass music from midnight to 4 or 5 am each night. Noise canceling headphones can't really address the vibration of the bed so there really is nothing that can be done to overcome this obstacle. Clearly the hotel is not at fault for the situation but I would advise not booking here if these conditions would disturb your sleep. Despite my best efforts I was unable to sleep until early morning each night I was there.
