A nice stay with some hiccups
Pros:

Beautiful hotel especially the bar area. Fantastic spa facilities. Great breakfast and dinner options. Kind and attentive staff in the restaurant. Maria Teresa who works at the bar deserves Nobel prize for hospitality. Beautiful location.

Cons:

No kettle in the room was disappointing. For a room of €450 per night we were told our tier does not qualify for a kettle! So a missed opportunity to enjoy tea or coffee at the balcony. No hair conditioner only shampoo. Most of signs in the hotel are in German so prepare to google translate everything especially in the sauna area as there are many warnings
