Vor 10 Jahren top, jetzt so richtig enttäuschend.

Das einzig Positive war die Qualität des Essens und die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Service. Das Haus ist alt und es wurde nichts - wie in anderen Hotels - adaptiert. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist so unfreundlich, wie wir es schon lange nicht mehr erlebt haben.

Cons:

Begrüßung im Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde uns zwar gezeigt, aber mit einem richtigen Widerwillen. Wir wollten den Aufenthalt auf August umbuchen und das Hotel hat trotz freier Zimmer diese Umbuchung nicht genehmigt. Grund: Buchung über Booking. Obwohl uns sogar die Rezeptionistin empfohlen hat, über Booking zu buchen, da der Preis günstiger war.
