Our stay at Hotel Elysia was simply exceptional.

We chose Paris to celebrate our 20th anniversary as a couple, and Hotel Elysia exceeded all our expectations. The Parisian Suite was absolutely spectacular – elegant, spacious, luxurious, and full of Parisian charm. It was the perfect setting for such a special occasion.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. The service throughout our stay was outstanding: professional, attentive, and genuinely warm.

A special thank you goes to Oussama. His kindness, friendliness, and dedication made our stay truly unforgettable. He consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Employees like him are rare and are a big reason why guests return.

The location is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is first-class.

We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and Hotel Elysia ranks among our absolute favorites.

We had money stolen from the safe at this hotel! The manager said there was no money in the safe. We called the police. This is not a safe place.

We stayed in a suite for 5 nights. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of almost everything. The bathroom is large and spacious. There's a long, narrow balcony. Room service and cleanliness were very good. The welcome and reception services were excellent. Mr. Ussame, in particular, was very helpful and even spoke a little Turkish. Their English is also quite good. The hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but it's quite satisfying. We had breakfast outside on the first day, but had breakfast at the hotel on the other days. We are planning to stay here again when we return. Thank you to everyone.

I had a wonderful time staying here. Oussama is so welcoming and friendly. He made our check in and check out process very smooth. The hotel is clean, spacious, excellently located and I really enjoyed the comfortable room.

Beautiful hotel with stunning architecture just blocks away from so much to do in Paris. The rooms are very beautiful and tidy, and they really give you a Parisian feel. My favorite part about this hotel was the exceptional service. Every single employee went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and had an easy time. All requests were completed promptly and everyone has a positive energy that you can’t help but notice. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Paris and would love to stay here when I come back

The room was quite nice and larger than expected. The staff was exceptional.

The hotel is a modern five-star property in the heart of Paris. Its a walking distance from the Champs se Elysee. We absolutely loved the location — everything was nearby, from the restaurants to cafe's to shopping to the lively atmosphere of the city.
Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a fireplace and a comfortable king-size bed. Their pillow are excellent firmness. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. Their towels are extremely fluffy and soft. Perfectly nice.
Of course there arw refrigerator, minibar, coffee machine, and a table with chairs — perfect for enjoying breakfast if you wish.
The hotel is close to a metro station within walking distance and near 2 bakeries and surrounded with nice restaurants.
The service was excellent throughout our stay. Omar warmly welcomed us at reception, Sophia greeted us every morning and evening with a beautiful smile and provided many information about our stay and daily activities, Mohammed kindly assisted us with our luggage to the room, and Hanafi took great care of us in the breakfast restaurant. Thank you everyone for a beautiful unforgettable stay in Paris and in the Wonderful Elysia hotel. We will definitely come back to it.

From the moment we crossed the threshold, the exceptional staff recognized us from our March visit, welcoming us back by name and presenting us with a chilled bottle of champagne. A sincere thank you to Ms. De Sousa Dias for this incredibly thoughtful gesture it perfectly set the tone for what would be a flawless five-day stay. This is boutique luxury in its truest sense: intimate, refined, and effortlessly brimming with authentic Parisian character.

Our room was exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed, offering the distinct feeling of an elegant Right Bank apartment. The bedroom featured a supremely comfortable bed dressed in premium linens that guaranteed a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom was a revelation generously proportioned with an impeccable design and a shower boasting outstanding water pressure that turned every morning into a relaxing spa ritual. Over a five-day stay, these thoughtfully curated spaces became a genuine sanctuary to return to each evening.

What elevates the Elysia from its peers is a philosophy where absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Over five days, we watched the team operate with a seamless, twenty-four-hour dedication that makes ground-level hospitality look entirely effortless.

The Front Door & Ground Staff: The team at the front door is spectacular, managing everything with quiet efficiency. From coordinating daily logistics to ensuring that private access to the wellness facilities is arranged at the highest level, they anticipate your needs before you even voice them.

The Reception & Night Team: The reception staff balances sharp professionalism with a warm, personal touch. A special note of praise must go to the exceptional night team, who maintain this incredibly high standard of attentiveness and care into the late hours, ensuring the hotel feels just as secure and welcoming at midnight as it does at noon.

The Wellness Sanctuary: Thanks to the team's smooth coordination, enjoying the subterranean wellness space is seamless. It is a beautifully executed retreat, featuring an authentic Turkish hammam, a Finnish sauna, an inviting jacuzzi, and a small but smartly equipped gym with carefully selected equipment.

The Housekeeping Team: Their execution over our five-day stay was completely flawless. Operating with a quiet discretion, the housekeeping staff ensures the rooms are kept immaculate, resetting the space with meticulous attention to detail so that it always feels like a pristine sanctuary upon your return.

The Kitchen Staff: Down in the heart of the hotel, the kitchen team performs daily magic, ensuring that the presentation, freshness, and high standards of flavor remain entirely consistent from day to day.

Under the direction of its new General Manager, Jean-Marie Talabardon who we had the pleasure to meet the hotel successfully delivers an unscripted, warm, and deeply personalised experience.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Elysia Paris from the front door and reception teams to the housekeeping, night, and kitchen staff. Everyone contributed to making our five-day stay unforgettable. The Elysia is not just a hotel, but a rare experience that truly feels like having your own beautiful home in Paris. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next return in June!

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from metro stations and a short walk to Champs Élysées Boulevard.
The personnel from the reception were very nice and helpful, especially Oussama. Breakfast was very nice. Special plus, the room was bigger than expected. A good experience!!!

We just stayed 2 nights in this most wonderful hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome, valued and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. More importantly are the people who work there. From the minute we checked in, Omar and his team chatted with us, made us feel welcome and as valued guests. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is a rare experience indeed.

We were pleasantly upgraded to a privilege room which exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, beautifully appointed and designed, it was a pleasure to just relax in the room. The room had lovely French balconies, street view but was still quiet. The king bed was perfect and the bathroom was heaven

Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff, again, were efficient and friendly.

Location is perfect. Well situated between 2 Metro stations it was easy to get anywhere.

The night before our departure, the front desk called up to see if we needed transportation or anything else they could coordinate for us. I have stayed at Four Seasons and they don’t even do that! On the morning of our departure, the bellman knocked on the door to get our luggage. Please note that we did not have to call for this. This is what above and beyond service is!
