Comodo a Chania
Pros:

La struttura é stata completamente ristrutturata a nuovo e posizionata ottimamente.
La colazione di qualità, specie il caffe/cappuccino.

Cons:

Non mi é piaciuto il fatto che la signora delle pulizie ha iniziato a fare rumore dalle 8 di mattina fino alle 10:30, svegliandoci presto nonostante il piano vuoto.
La doccia, sebbene nuova, non aveva una temperatura stabile.
Ci hanno detto di parcheggiare in un punto sconveniente, dove dopo 4 ore si doveva spostare l’auto e non ci si poteva riparcheggiare piu, se non il giorno dopo (della serie “per fortuna che ho chiesto prima”…).

Excellent location, great facilities, and a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area and very clean. The hotel itself and its facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was ideal, with a good variety of options. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Chania again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.

Cons:

The only small suggestion I would have is that it would have been helpful to have some clothespins or a small drying rack/apparatus for hanging clothes.

Very central and nice looking

Cons:

Very disappointed.
Hospitality is about how the customer feels, not how nice is your interior design, location or cleanliness.
Those were great.
But I felt treated like a 2nd class customer.
I booked a city view room, and go a view on a wall and pigeon’s poop.
A room on ground floor in between the restrooms, breakfast room and reception.
There was no silence at any time of night or morning hours.
Plus, the worst, the room door was clearly defective and did not lock from the inside, and whenever I was leaving I could notiche that after closing it from outside it would easily reopen.
I promptly showed the problem more than one to the elder lady doing the evening shift who both times dismissed me quite annoyed saying it was fine.
Therefore I spent my days out wondering if I would find my stuff in the evening, and nights wondering if someone would just pop in my room confusing it with the restroom.
I am a young woman travelling alone, I and chooses to pay for a regular price room to feel safe and confortable and I didn’t.
Be careful of how the staff and poor maintencan ruin all the interior design efforts.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located with tons to do nearby. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a great time and highly recommend the hotel

Cons:

Not a big deal but there is no access by car so it is short walk up the cobblestones to get to the hotel. Not a downside at all but just to keep in mind when booking.

L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato che durante il soggiorno il gel doccia in bagno non è stato rifornito. Si tratta comunque di una dimenticanza minima che non ha influito in modo significativo sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno.
