Best choice for my little holiday
Pros:

El Greco was the best choice I made for my first visit in Chania,clean room,friendly staff,good breakfast,very good location,close to the beach,the old town of Chania looks like a cartoon movie, I am looking forward to come back soon

I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly, even letting us check in early and upgrading our room to a larger one for free.

Everything was immaculately clean. The hotel was beautiful and set on the most charming street. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We have absolutely no complaints.

It was very very good. I would come back or recommend
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The windows isolated all the outdoor noise. Breakfast was sufficent. There was 24 hours reception. The room was very clean and well prepared with complimentary water, tooth brush and paste, olive oil shampoo and body wash.

Cons:

The ventilation in the toilet was loud and wasnt working the best but it was not too bad

Great stay providing opportunities for culinary experiences, beaches and day trips
Pros:

New, well built in traditional style, clean hotel. Breakfast is very good. Location was perfect for us.

Cons:

Room was small and not enough furniture for full comfort, but we managed around this.
Although the staff was very nice and skilled, I think a slight communication issue hindered flawless interaction, particularly in English.
