Hotel Villa Felice Relais

Superb views from balcony, convenient parking, communication was helpful for us, as the Ukranian maid spoke Russian with my wife and I spoke English with the proprietor (my wife and I share Latvian as a common language). Bus stop by the hotel for Amalfi or restaurant at top of hill. Don't drive unless you have a scooter. Eggs cooked for breakfast as you like them done. Delightfully friendly young pup.

Breathtaking Views, Exceptional Hospitality, and the Perfect Amalfi Coast Stay!

Our stay at Hotel Villa Felice Relais from September 3 through September 11 was truly unforgettable. We chose the hotel because a family wedding was taking place just below the hotel on the same street, and the location could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, Cristiana took care of everything with warmth and professionalism, making every detail of our visit feel effortless. Olga kept our room immaculate and inviting each day, and we completely fell in love with Lilo, the adorable house puppy, who made this beautiful hotel feel even more like home.

Breakfast was a highlight of every morning. The chef prepared a phenomenal spread with an impressive variety of delicious options, giving us the perfect start before heading out to explore the coast. Although the hotel serves breakfast only, it was everything we needed to begin each day on a wonderful note.

The hotel is also exceptionally convenient for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Guests who rent a car will appreciate the rare luxury of on-site parking, while those who prefer not to drive can catch the local bus directly in front of the hotel for easy access to central Amalfi and the beaches. There are stairs to navigate, but this is Amalfi—and the breathtaking panoramic views are worth every step. We are already dreaming of our next visit and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful relais to anyone looking for warm hospitality, spectacular scenery, and an unforgettable stay on the coast.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in Amalfi und haben uns in diesem kleinen, persönlichen Hotel von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Cristiane. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Sie hat uns sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer war herrlich, sehr sauber und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft.

Auch das Frühstück war etwas ganz Besonderes. Keine Massenabfertigung und kein anonymes Buffet, sondern sehr persönlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Cappuccino war typisch italienisch und köstlich, und auch das Omelett wurde frisch genau nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und den Gast gelegt wird.

Cristiane hat uns auch bei unseren Unternehmungen perfekt unterstützt. Als wir spontan ein Scooter für einen Tag mieten wollten, hat sie innerhalb von einer halben Stunde alles organisiert. Der Vermieter kam direkt zum Hotel, brachte uns den Scooter und holte es später auch wieder dort ab. Besser kann Service nicht sein.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und hat eine wunderbar persönliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie einer von vielen Gästen, sondern wirklich willkommen und persönlich betreut.

From the moment you arrive, the view from Hotel Villa Felice takes your breath away—it is truly spectacular. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely air-conditioned (the sea-view rooms are an absolute must). The bathroom was large, clean, and had excellent water pressure throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, offering fresh local cheeses, cold cuts, and vegetables. Cristiana and her team cater to every request with incredible warmth, ensuring guests have a perfect stay in a picture-perfect setting.

While the hotel is set slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, Cristiana goes above and beyond to arrange restaurant reservations, share transport tips, and constantly ensure you are well cared for. A special shoutout to restaurant "La Capannina" in Pogerola—not only was it one of the best meals of our lives, but the owner, Mimmo, personally provides round-trip transport to and from the hotel. An exceptional experience from start to finish!

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Cristina was very good with communication prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. She is a lovely person and an excellent hostess. We had a beautiful room with a lovely terrace with an incredible view overlooking the sea. Our room was exceptionally clean; the beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked very well. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning on the hotel terrace. Cristiana, Olga and Fabio took great care to make sure I had the perfect cappuccino every morning and our eggs were made to order. There are stairs leading down to Amalfi across the street from the hotel which we used almost every day. We preferred walking back up the stairs as we enjoy the exercise; but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was so nice to stay up in a peaceful setting above the busy town of Amalfi. We loved Amalfi and what it has to offer:

L'accoglienza che difficilmente dimenticheremo e la vista spettacolare della terrazza!

Warmherzige Betreuung angefangen mit der Routenberatung, wir fühlten uns herzlichst willkommen, begleitet und bedient. Jeder Wunsch, Äußerung, Frage oder Bitte wurde sofort beantwortet, befriedigt oder geklärt. Wir bekamen ungefragt einen Upgrade mit Terasse, einfach so, weil wir 7 Nächte buchten. Christiane beriet uns bei all unseren Anliegen, Tipps, Kontakte, Erklärungen. Restaurants, Bootstour, Busverbindung, etc... alles!
Unglaublich sauber, lichtdurchflutet, super Ausstattung, die beste Klimaanlage der Welt! Wunderschöne Bodenfließen, tolle Betten, Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion, starkes W-lan, moderne TV-Anlage, tolle Terassenmöbel... Reichhaltiger Frühstück, alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen, regional, traditionell, frisch und abwechslungsreich.
Mega Lage, großartige Ausblick, die Küste ist der Wahnsinn. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür- so ist Amalfi (Innenstadt, Hafen, Bahnhof, Strände, alles....) ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Auch Treppen führen zur Küste runter (einige... wir zählten über 1200 bus zum Strand).

Es lohnt sich die Stufen zu erklimmen, die Mühen werden reichlich belohnt.

Beautiful, quiet hotel (away from the mad hustle & bustle of Amalfi) tucked in the hillside of the Amalfi coast, with stunning views.
Practical points for other travellers:
- Breakfast (served on the terrace) was a good spread; vegetables, huge fruit salad bowl, pastries & eggs cooked to order.
- Friendly staff; Cristina (the host), chef, cleaner & French bulldog Lilo!
- About 20 outdoor steps from bus stop to reception, another 20 steps to get to the rooms. Buses are around 1 x hour, going to Amalfi.
- Room was very clean ,& comfortable, AC and stunning views from balcony.
- No restaurant at hotel, but friendly, family-run restaurant serving delicious food, in the village up from the hotel; the father of the family gives lifts to & from for guests of the hotel. Stunning mountain views from the restaurant balcony.
- Note: the bus stop to get off at, is named "Lone". There are actually 2 stops with this name. If travelling from Amalfi, get off at the 2nd "Lone" bus stop - up the hill from the first.

La posizione panoramica e tranquilla, la splendida vista su Amalfi, la pulizia e l’accoglienza della struttura. Ho apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la simpatia di Cristiana, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Un ambiente curato, piacevole e ideale per godersi Amalfi in totale relax.

L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione tranquilla e proprio sotto c'è la fermata dell'autobus che a 15 minuti ti porta in centro Amalfi !

Amalfi un lugar maravilloso.
El hotel queda un poco alejado del centro, hay buses que pasan cada hora ( hasta las 22:00) o taxis que son extremadamente caros. 60 € mínimo.

A very friendly and welcoming host. They took the time to ask us what we wanted and tailored everything to make sure we had the best possible experience, and they definitely succeeded.

The room was very clean, fully air-conditioned, and cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Breakfast was included, and the chef happily prepared whatever we wanted each morning, which was a lovely personal touch.

There is also a very convenient swimming pool and a restaurant right on the doorstep. Christiana, had already told us about it when we arrived, but we were so busy exploring the surrounding area that we didn’t get the chance to visit until our last day.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with exceptional hospitality.

We booked the "Deluxe Double Room with Sea View" and it went beyond our expectations. The view in the terrace was incredible. Cristina from the staff was so welcoming. She made sure that we were comfortable and we got the correct information about the area around. And we got lots of free cuddles from her pup "Lilo". The Italian breakfast was perfect with a nice sea view. The room was clean with comfy bedding, and a spacious bathroom with all the toiletries.

Christiana, Fabio and Olga were supportive and friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the bus stop is just infront of the hotel. It was high up but you could walk down to amalfi in 20 minutes if you dont want to walk you can take the bus down to amalfi. The view from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was incredible you could order your egg from Fabio and he would make it with perfection. The rooms were big and comfortable.
