Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet nice and fresh, good value for aud dollars, train station at your door
Pros:

The property was across the road from Gare Saint Jean, made it easy for my train to Sarlat the day. Arrived at lunch time, dropped my luggage and headed into Bordeaux by tram that you could board right outside the station. I had an excellent lunch at Petit des Commerc and spent rest of my time exploring Bordeaux, finishing with dinner,then a short tram ride back to Hotel Rosa.

Cons:

I didn’t like broken toilet seat but this I did not discover until I got back from Bordeaux centre and it was late.

Pros:

Recht kleines, privat geführtes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Für mein Fahrrad gab es einen sicheren Platz im Innenhof. Direkt an einem Bahnhof und per Straßenbahn perfekt ans Zentrum angebunden.

Tout de même très bien
Pros:

La proximité avec la gare
La tranquillité de la chambre
Le très bon petit déjeuner
Le personnel sympathique et dévoué

Cons:

On a réservé une chambre avec télévision et en fait celle qui nous a été attribuée ne l’avait pas : dommage que cette précision ne soit pas fournie sachant qu’il y avait les branchements

Avec la date de naissance... Réserver une chambre au 3 ème étage ! sans ascenseur (77ans) est pas une bonne idée surtout sans avoir été informée...

Cons:

Shower door not shutting properly > leaks on the floor.
USB point comes off the wall.
Air-conditioning makes a 3seconds noise on and off on a regular basis - this happens 24h/day.

24 hour check-in, really friendly staff, peaceful terrace for bar and breakfast, super comfortable beds, lovely and clean. Free luggage storage and great location by train station and tram stops.

Pros:

Location was opposite the train Station, with 5 min tram journey into main part of city. Hotel has a nice seating area at back. Rooms decent size. We had a balcony which was nice extra. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value. Toiletries provided and hairdryer. Hotel had an Authentic french feel to it. Clean and comfortable would recommend . Ideal if you are interrailing

Cons:

As hotel is next to station people do tend to hang around hotel area however we felt safe and its typical of Station areas.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit op een excellente locatie bij het station
Pros:

Zeer goede ligging naast het station. Fijne patio met eet- en drinkgelegenheid. Onverwacht rustig op deze locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt inbegrepen.

Cons:

Ik had een rustige kamer op de patio. Deze is een beetje uitgeleefd en zou mogen opgeknapt worden. Eerder klein ook. Geen televisie op de kamer.

Mit dem Auto schwierig
Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof von Bordeaux. Für Bahnreisende ein Vorteil, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, ist es eher mühsam, weil die Parkplätze im Parkhaus zehn Gehminuten entfernt sind und es keine Möglichkeit gibt, kurz vor dem Hotel anzuhalten, um das Gepäck auszuladen. Recht ordentliche Zimmer, wenn auch ein wenig teuer. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Im Erdgeschoss riecht es zum Teil ein wenig nach schlecht gereinigter Bierzapfanlage.
Das WLAN ist leider sehr langsam.
Nicht sehr zugewandtes Personal.
