Excelente custo/benefício. Se voltar para Florença, fico neste hotel novamente.
Pros:

Localização fantástica: fácil acesso aos pontos de interesse da cidade. Fácil para pegar ônibus ou mesmo ir para a estação Santa Maria Novélia caminhando. Mercado e locais para comer bem próximos.

Cons:

A janela do banheiro não fechava, então entraram pernilongos. Tinha um veneno para por na tomada, mas só funcionou quando deixei o veneno de tomada no banheiro e deixei o banheiro com a porta fechada. Na primeira noite, o jeito foi matar os pernilongos para conseguir dormir.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Not much I didn't like about the hotel itself. The area around the hotel made me a bit nervous.

A acomodação atendeu às nossas expectativas, era confortável, o quarto pequeno mas já haviamos visto isso nas fotos.
A cama e banheiro eram confortáveis, por isso teve um bom custo benefício.
O café da manha era bem gostoso, com boas opções!

Disappointed
Pros:

We were very disappointed in our room. There was no air conditioning and it was right next-door to a daycare. The children started playing at 8 AM and continued throughout the morning.

The room is very nice, the bathroom is small. It is very clean and well maintained.

It is located very close to the Duomo, and excellent restaurants.

I would not stay here again.
