We were very disappointed in our room. There was no air conditioning and it was right next-door to a daycare. The children started playing at 8 AM and continued throughout the morning.
The room is very nice, the bathroom is small. It is very clean and well maintained.
It is located very close to the Duomo, and excellent restaurants.
I would not stay here again.

Sijainti loistava, helppo tulla lentokentältä ratikalla ihan hotellin lähelle (maksaa 1.70 e) ja siitä lyhyt matka ( 5 min) hotelliin. Hotelli on vanha, ja vaatimaton, mutta siisti. Täytti perustarpeet.

La chambre très petite. Bien pour une personne et pas pour un couple. Pas de tables de chevet, grande difficulté à se bouger par manque de place.

The hotel is in a good location near to the tram stop from the station and a 15 min walk to the duomo. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. Our room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom. Staff very friendly and efficient and breakfast as is usual in Italy.
Whilst room was surprisingly large for Florence, ours was not very well laid out, making it feel smaller. Shower pressure poor and the shower head needs replacing. Beds were also a bit tired. Lots of corridors with high ceilings and tiled floors so any noise echoes. Suggestion - put acoustic panels on the walls.
My mom and I stayed here and truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were the nicest we’ve ever met- Ivan and Saleem - so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. They really made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. Such an amazing place and the location is safe and really close to the center.
I will definitely be back!
Although it’s officially a 3-star hotel, it honestly felt like a 5-star stay.

Che c era una scolaresca in gita e non ho dormito per due notti, molto rumorosi . La mancanza di personale la notte in questi casi forse è da rivalutare
