Cleanliness
5.5
Mixed comments: some guests report clean rooms, but several mention unpleasant odors, stained carpeting and dirty seating areas; outside areas also described as dirty.
Service
7.5
Generally praised as very friendly and helpful in multiple reviews, though a few reports note unprofessional behaviour, rudeness between staff and poor responsiveness to emails/phone calls.
Location
8
Consistently positive: convenient location near Dresden and sights, parking and garage for bikes available.
Room Quality
5.5
Mixed: some find rooms cozy and of good size, but there are repeated complaints about overheating (no AC), carpeted rooms, uncomfortable/thin or overly soft mattresses and thick pillows.
Amenities
6.5
Some good points (sauna on site, bike garage, buffet offerings), but issues reported with broken drink machines, lack of in-room fridge/ventilation and limited air conditioning.
Value for Money
6.5
Divided opinions: several guests feel price matches quality or is fair; others consider room rates too high for the standard offered.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is frequently praised (delicious, varied); evening buffet receives positive remarks from many, though a few guests criticized poor dinner quality on some occasions.
