Nettes Personal, ordentliches Zimmer mit unangenehmen Überraschungen bei der Endabrechnung

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich, uns bei der Endabrechnung noch Frühstücksgetränke zu berechnen und auch einen Parkplatz zu Berechnung fanden wir nicht in Ordnung. Wir erwarten, dass in einem Frühstück auch Kaffee inkludiert ist. Auch die Berechnung des parkplatzes fanden wir unangenehm überraschend, da diese Dinge im Sinne einer Kundentransparenz nicht vorab angesprochen worden sind.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Wellness-Bereich und ansprechender Gastronomie
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Wir konnten den Wellness-Bereich schon am Anreisetag mittags nutzen und am Abreisetag auch noch nach dem Auschecken. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - der Wellness-Bereich sehr sauber, ein neuer Wintergarten wird als Ruheraum genutzt, der Pool auch sehr schön. Das Verwöhn-Menü war sehr lecker, der Wein dazu hervorragend. Die ZAG-Arena erreicht man in 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Wir hatten absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Wir sind schon das 8 x hier im Parkhotel Bilm im Glück,sind immer wieder begeistert wie schön es in diesem Hotel ist, alle sind zu vorkomment, die ganzen Zimmer,das Restaurant, die Sauna mit Pool und Relax Raum laden immer wieder zu einer schönen Zeit hier ein... haben schon wieder für Mai vorgenommen hier wieder herzukommen.

Cons:

Es gibt leider nichts zu bemängeln hier, Bilm und die ganze Umgebung laden auch immer wieder zu herkommen ein.
