The location was perfect which made it easy to access different neighborhoods, the metro and famous attractions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful !

A wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect central location with exceptional service—we would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Paris, making it easy to get everywhere on foot or by public transport. It’s especially perfect if you’re planning to visit the Opera district. The hotel is a charming, family-style boutique hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, reception team, and service were exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcome. Although the rooms are compact, they are beautifully designed, very comfortable, and have lovely street views. The air conditioning was a huge advantage during the warm weather. Overall, this hotel has so many positives, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, we didn’t notice any downsides. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you’re expecting large, spacious rooms, this may not be the right choice. The rooms are small, but that’s typical for a boutique hotel in central Paris and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Pros:

Good space for a family of 5 and a great location. The kind concierge helped me with a new dinner reservation when I realized I made one for the wrong day. He made a reservation at a local restaurant for us and it was a fabulous spot with great food. Highly recommend!

Whilst famous 5 star hotel staff may have plenty of attitude, I appreciated their helpful team and was impressed with their service.

Cons:

My room was a little tight. Next time, hopefully I can get a larger room.

Well worth it!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place, the location, the room itself, but in particular the awesome staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so easy and memorable. Really friendly and helpful, very accomodating (we arrived after a 25 hour flight from Australia approx 6 hours early in the middle of a heatwave, the staff got our room ready asap and we were let in almost 3 hours before the agreed time, this was so comforting to us). Security was great, there was a mini mart across the street and the 24 hour service served us well as we are super early risers). 10/10 highly recommend this gorgeous little hotel in a 17th century building full of character and charm.
