Perfekt smidigt å lätt
Pros:

Garage med direkthiss till lobbyn, utan att behöva checka in först
Centralt å nära butiker å restauranger
Takterrassen , Fantastiskt utbud på frukosten , väldigt stor å bra safety box

Cons:

Dusch finns endast i badkaret med hög kant, toastol bakom dörren gör det krångligt å trångt

Pros:

Gar nicht.

Cons:

Wir wurden von einem Gast an der Rezeption als Nazi beschimpft. Uns wurde der Weg im Aufzug blockiert und meinem Mann den Weg zur Tiolette versperrt.

Wir haben nach diesem Vorfall (an der Rezeption alles schon bekannt und durchdiskutiert) sofort storniert. Laut Rezeption sollten uns keinerlei Stornogebühren anfallen.

Ein Tag später hat THE PENZ die komplette Summe von der Kreditkarte abgezogen.

Mehrere Anrufe und Schreiben erfolgten von uns an THE PENZ und an Booking.com sind erfolglos und im Sande verlaufen.....

Absolut negativ!!!!!

Super Lage in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Mitten in der Altstadt. Kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu tollen Restaurants.
Die Tiefgarage in den Rathausgalerien hat einen direkten Zugang per Lift zum Hotel, einmalig in der Altstadt. Das Hotel übernimmt auch einen Teilbetrag der Kosten.
Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben.

Cons:

In allen Doppelzimmern (ausser 4 ) ist die Dusche in der Badewanne. Dusche ist perfekt, jedoch ist die Badewanne sehr eng. Rutschgefahr für ältere Leute.

I definitely recommend the PENZ hotel for visiting Innsbruck.
Pros:

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut!!! Große Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal, Dass es hier auch Stoffservietten und -tischdecken gegeben hat, hat uns sehr überrascht. Das Personal hat immer nachgefragt, ob wir noch einen Kaffee, Espresso oder anderes wünschen. Der Kaffee war auch sehr gut - kein Automatengetränk.
Wir kommen wieder:)

Außergewöhnlicher Service und ein Frühstück, was seinesgleichen sucht!

Das Designbad ist schick aber teilweise etwas unpraktisch, was den Gesamteindruck aber keineswegs trübt.
