Mooi en goed verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Een aanrader!!
Pros:

Bedden waren supergoed en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is fantastisch.
Vriendelijk personeel en alles in het hotel was bijzonder schoon.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, alles wat je je kunt bedenken was aanwezig.
We vinden dit voor herhaling vatbaar.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Penz hotel. Clean, comfortable, excellent staff. Perfect location.
Pros:

We loved how modern and clean the pen hotel was. Staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The rooftop bar is excellent with superb staff. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. Close to everything.

Best hotel of our entire trip
Pros:

Probably the nicest hotel of our entire trip and we only got to stay one night. Very modern building - I assume brand-new construction so they could actually make the rooms and ammenities current. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom nice. The breakfast was AMAZING and probably the best view, as well, from their rooftop breakfast (restaurant) area. Great service, friendly staff, wonderful room. And right in the middle of it all.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Innsbruck
Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum von Innsbruck, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, unsere E-bikes wurden sicher im Skiraum des Hotels abgestellt und uns für die Weiterreise wieder gebracht, sehr sauber, außergewöhnliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Nächtliche Lärmbelästigung durch die Bar im Untergeschoss, leider kein Duschgel im Zimmer vorhanden (dafür 4x Shampoo)

Fantástico
Pros:

Café da manhã espetacular, atendimento fantástico, estacionamento muito bom. Localização excelente, do lado de um shopping. Hotel moderno com elevadores panorâmicos para as montanhas.

Cons:

O Black-out das cortinas não escurecia totalmente o quarto ao amanhecer. Faltou uma luz indireta no banheiro para ficar ligado a noite.
