La ubicación y las instalaciones

Cons:

Que las ventanas habitaciones dan a pequeños espacios que utilizan como bodegas de artículos de TODO TIPO, desde WC hasta cajas con papel de baño. El día que nos hospedamos llovió y bueno el ruido de la lluvia callendo en ese espacio era terrible pues golpeaba con toda la estructura metálica dime tienen los artículos. Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación . La verdad el personal fue súper amable. DESPUÉS LA REGADERA DE LOS BAÑOS SOLO TIENE DE ADORNO LA REGADERA DE TELÉFONO PUES NO FUNCIONABA EL MONOMANDO PARA REALIZAR EL CAMBIO DE LA DUCHA AL TELÉFONO. Y por último en la segunda habitación que teníamos y creo era la 215 cuando se metió a bañar uno de los que ahí se quedaron la regadera salía por arriba de las puertas de vidrio y mojo todo lo que ahí se encontraban de artículos personales. EN FIN VAYA QUE FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA y no de lo mejor. SIN EMBARGO EL PERSONAL EXCEPCIONAL PUES EN TODO MOMENTO TRATO DE CORREGIR LAS SITUACIONES. Algo que no se ve bonito es que no tienen espacio para guardar día carritos de servicio en las habitaciones no para las sábanas que retiran de las habitaciones y los dejan en las salas que están saliendo de la elevadores. No sé ve nada lindo

Las habitaciones estaban bien.

Cons:

La ubicación es mala. Para llegar y salir con carro es un caos. Muy ruidoso el lugar, es complicado descansar. Y después el personal muy mal. Primero llegué y tuve que esperar 45’ para hacer check in. El check in era a las 3 y me hicieron pasar 3:45. Cuando fui a reclamar por todas estas cosas siempre esperaban la respuesta de un superior y al día de hoy no tengo respuesta.

Downtown Puebla. Wow.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. The soundproofing in the room was great. Free water was a nice surprise.

The view from our room was amazing the rooms where also clean and always great the cleaning lady Karen did amazing always !
