Très bel hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Puebla

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban bien.

Cons:

La ubicación es mala. Para llegar y salir con carro es un caos. Muy ruidoso el lugar, es complicado descansar. Y después el personal muy mal. Primero llegué y tuve que esperar 45’ para hacer check in. El check in era a las 3 y me hicieron pasar 3:45. Cuando fui a reclamar por todas estas cosas siempre esperaban la respuesta de un superior y al día de hoy no tengo respuesta.

Downtown Puebla. Wow.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. The soundproofing in the room was great. Free water was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The bathroom was very, very small. A large person would have difficulty using the facilities

Pros:

The view from our room was amazing the rooms where also clean and always great the cleaning lady Karen did amazing always !

Cons:

The staff could’ve been a little nicer there was just two people that greeted us and helped up with our luggage they where the sweetest people front desk was ok

Great for solo traveler and short stay. Excelent location and friendly stuff.

Friendly stuff I liked most. Also location is very good - hotel faces the central square

Very small rooms. even queen room is so small that there are no place to place luggage.

Pros:

The Location is hard to beat, small but very clean room,WiFi should be a bit faster, we were on the first floor and we were only getting 20 Mbps.something to think about if you need better for work .
Water pressure for shower was good and Hot

Cons:

WiFi as I said was below average , we had no window, but this made the room very quiet.
