Cons:

The hotel is run down and our room was not cleaned properly with stains on the walls-extremely boiling hot room with no air condition and just a fan.Had to leave keys as the parking lot is not well organised.
Poor value for money and pricey.

Pros:

De ligging, vlak bij het centrum. De kamer was mooi ruim en schoon, en het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Verder was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ik heb al vaker gemerkt dat Booking wel aangeeft dat een hotel een eigen parkeerplaats heeft, maar niet dat hiervoor extra betaald moet worden en dat er op voorhand gereserveerd moet worden. Dit is geen kritiek naar het hotel, maar wel naar de informatie voorziening van Booking.

Enjoyed our stay here.
Pros:

Good choice of breakfast, helpful staff, great location, secure parking.

Cons:

Fridge did not work, room was stifling hot, despite the fan, Shower door did not close properly. The outside temperature at the time was 36c which of course did not help matters.

Cons:

Wurden wegen eines angeblichen „Systemfehlers“ am Anreisetag umgebucht. Waren drei Paare, welche dann in unterschiedliche Hotels ausweichen mussten.
Situation wurde nach uns nicht professionell gelöst.

De ligging top
Kamer heel goed
Met de ramen dicht niet echt lawaai van de straat gehoord
Frigo op de kamer
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Ontbijt meer dan 10 op 10!

Cons:

Terras op 1ste verdiep was leuk en aangenaam maar mag iets meer onderhouden zijn
Automaten om drankjes te kopen stuk
Frigo op de kamer mag een ietsje kouder

Parking is extremely poor. Freiburg is amazing but would choose a different hotel next time.
