Pros:

Upgrade bekommen. Grosses Zimmer, gute Matratze, gute Kissen, Fernseher, Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage aber wenigstens zwei Ventilatoren.

City trip Freibourg
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, à quelques minutes du vieux Freibourg.
Acceuil agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont belles. Seule petit bémol, la salle de bain est un peu vieil, mais c'est suffisant pour quelques jours.

Ligger rigtigt godt u forholdt til Freiburg midtby.
Pros:

Go placering med parkering. Go morgenmadsbuffet

Cons:

Ekstrem hårde senge. Ikke specielt engageret personale. De ringede til os for at vi skulle flytte vores bil på p-pladsen - men vi havde afleveret nøglen i receptionen , da vi parkerede - så de kunne flytte rundt på bilerne, hvis det blev nødvendig. Og på det tidspunkt havde de allerede flyttet vores én gang.

Pros:

Die Lage ist genial im Zentrum von Freiburg. Das Personal ist entspannt und ausgesprochen freundlich.
Vielleicht hat das Hotel nicht jeden Schnick-Schnack, aber einen Fitnessraum und eine schöne Dachterasse. Für uns war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tolle Stadt,zentral gelegenes Hotel und super Wetter :-)

Der Ort, das Personal und die Sauberkeit war sehr gut!

Cons:

Mir hat in der Toilette ein paar Dinge gefehlt wie: Zahnbürste, Wattenstäbchen, etc. Finde ich halt immer sehr sympathisch, wenn solche Dinge angeboten werden.

Lovely well positioned hotel in a laid back town.
Pros:

Loved the position - so close to the town and more importantly to the Schlossbergturm which I climbed each evening (we could even see this tower from our window - if we looked carefully).

The staff were delightful complying with our special requests.

The hotel also has a small gym which has all you really need and there are a range of very good restaurants close by. Local museums are excellent especially the Documentation Centre on National Socialism which has a focus on the impact of Nazism in the area during the 1933 - 1945 - and its free!

Cons:

No AC which is common in parts of Europe but you generally you get AC in hotels - their compensation was placing small fans in each room which worked as you could open the windows - although the car park below was quite noisy. We were lucky as it wasn't too hot during our staying. However, a small fan would be inadequate if the temperature climbed into 30 - 40+ degrees Celsius! The hotel needs to invest in ceiling fans at least - they do have an AC in the gym but I preferred to open the terrace windows.

The rooms also didn't have a kettle or any mugs for tea/coffee but we got some mugs from downstairs and reception eventually found us a kettle but it took 3 attempts to get one. The fridges were very small for travelers who like to self cater.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y bien comunicada, perfecta para visitar Freiburg a pie.
El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento.
Gran limpieza en la habitación y en las zonas comunes.
El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, con buena variedad y calidad.
En general, todo funcionó muy bien: confort, atención y relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Nada en particular. La estancia fue muy satisfactoria en todos los aspectos. No tengo quejas destacables.
