Important information:

Traffic is restricted in the area surrounding the hotel. Guests traveling by car are advised to leave the car in one of the 2 public car parks with which the hotel has agreements entitling guests to a discount on parking.

Both of these car parks offer parking for EUR 19.50 per 24 hours. Guests pay for parking in the hotel and the hotel gives out tickets when you need the car. The hotel cannot reserve car parking spaces as it is a public car park.

séjour agréable et objectif de ce séjour atteint ( visite de l'Alhambra et de l'Abaicin)
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, proche du centre tout en étant à l'écart du bruit.
Le personnel est très professionnel et à l'écoute de ses clients.

Cons:

la salle de bain était un peu petite et il y manquait un petit meuble pour pouvoir poser ses affaires de toilette

De los mejores sitios que hemos estado.
Pros:

Nos encantó todo, muy buen precio, habitación la Sultana preciosa, el techo alto de madera, la decoración todo de 10.

This is the best hotel in Granada
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel. The location is amazing and I was surprised at how quiet it was at nighttime being so close to lots of nighttime activity on the streets. The room I had was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful and there is always someone on duty at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Habitación la Torre de la Sultana. Muy bonita y acogedora. Espacioso. El hotel es muy bonito.
Atención próxima por parte del personal, muy atentos y simpáticos.

Cons:

Acceso no adaptado, es una calle estrecha con escaleras. Nada que el hotel pueda solucionar.

A localização é perfeita, café da manhã maravilhoso!! Um lugar pra se sentir realmente integrado a Granada!! Decoração linda!! Gostamos de tudo !!

Nada a reclamar. Só achamos o box do banheiro um pouco pequeno. Eu não tive problemas, mas pessoas maiores precisam pedir um quarto com box maior .

Un hôtel de charme à proximité du centre historique.
Pros:

L'hôtel installé ds une demeure du XVI ème offre un cadre typique et très joli.
À deux pas du centre historique, l'emplacement est idéal.
Mention spéciale au jeune homme qui nous a accueillis, très serviable et sympathique!

Cons:

L'étroitesse de la douche, due sans doute â la configuration d'une demeure ancienne rénovée.
Seul point faible...
