Important information:

Traffic is restricted in the area surrounding the hotel. Guests traveling by car are advised to leave the car in one of the 2 public car parks with which the hotel has agreements entitling guests to a discount on parking.

Both of these car parks offer parking for EUR 19.50 per 24 hours. Guests pay for parking in the hotel and the hotel gives out tickets when you need the car. The hotel cannot reserve car parking spaces as it is a public car park.

The 2 car parks are Parking Plaza Puerta Real on Acera Del Casino, and Parking Triunfo on Avenida de la Constitucion, in front of the Jardines Del Triunfo. Parking Plaza Puerta Real is nearest to the hotel.

La habitación que tuvimos era muy pequeña era para una persona pero con una cama de matrimonio también pequeña y sin espacio para moverse ni para maletas .

Spacious room in an excellent location - would stay again!
Pros:

Staff were always friendly and welcoming! Location was excellent and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only slight annoyance was that there is no way to enter the property without someone on the inside opening the main door via a buzzer system.

El no tener parking es un punto que hay que saber .
El coche hay que dejarlo en Parking público con precios bastante altos (22€)por día .
También debo de señalar que se cuenta con magnífico servicio de autobuses delante del Hotel .
Andando en 10 minutos se está en el Centro de Granada .

La ubicación es PERFECTA. Por el precio y calidad merece muchísimo la pena.

La camas. El colchon era muy muy pero muy blando. Te hundías mucho y aunque al principio parece comodo, estar toda la noche así no era muy comodo. Pero bueno, por el resto todo genial

Historical building built somewhat around an Arab style courtyard design.
Pros:

Central location just off the C. Darro, the main tourist route. Ended up with a large room and large bathroom which could have been better arranged to make use of it . In an old building, the Aircon worked best if you shut all of the windows and almost all the wooden shutters. Plus, keeping the bathroom door permanently closed, increased the power of the Aircon. A fridge and coffee maker were great accessories in the room. Being able to walk down some of the Albaicin's back roads made for cooler journeys. Have a look at that map! Overall, a place that tries hard and is a bit quirky.

Cons:

Could have done with a desk and chair(s), but there were some of and a sofa in the corridor (see attached photos) and below in a courtyard style room, which could have been utilised instead. Included a TV (that I did not require), but with no seat to watch it on. The TV was at 45 degrees to the bed.

Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Granada. The hotel is beautiful and authentic, ideally located to visit the Alhambra. We visited during the low touristic season and were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room, facing the Alhambra. The staff was very nice. Breakfast is good and is taken in the beautiful patio.
