Very nice hotel, good value, good location. Pretty lobby. Tasteful. Comfortable, upscale.

Cons:

Jacuzzi not open until 17:00 (???). Strange. I could have really used a nice soak in a jacuzzi. I don't understand why it's only open from 17:00 - 22:00...Lighting system in the room is ridiculously complicated. Maybe it was state of the art in the 70's. Outdated now. Please do not use blue LED lights. NOBODY likes them. Air conditioner does not operate if the window is open, which makes sense from a practical standpoint, but is also rather ridiculous. We open the window to air out the room because it's stuffy... If the air conditioner worked while we were out of the room, having dinner, for example, it would be a lot better, because then it would be nice when you got in there. Anyway, typical Italy. But I love Italy.
