Cons:

Cet établissement porte le nom d'hôtel mais ce n'en est pas un. Aucun affichage dans la rue. Difficile à trouver. Il s'agit d'un appartement au 3e étage d'un immeuble en déclin divisé en chambres. Le bouton de l'ascenseur est cassé et on n'arrive pas au 3e étage. Les communs sont dégradés. Le "petit-déjeuner" inclus est en fait un self service où il faut faire la vaisselle!!

War direkt bei Termini. Die lage war perfekt. Aber alles andere..die Bilder zeigt was ganz anderes..
Hab auch nur eine Nacht geschlafe da und dann ein andere Hotel gefunden

die Bilder zeigt was ganz anderes.. für drei Nächte 250eur für so Zimmer....
Am Anfang muß da alles sauber gemacht werden..die Dusche war kaputt.. Die Küche.. schmutzig...nein Danke

Il punto di forza è la posizione in via castro pretorio vicino stazione termini e a pochi metri dalla metro b castro pretorio. La camera era pulita ed ordinata ma pare più un b&b che hotel

Cons:

È un hotel 2** lasciato un po a se stesso. Occupa un piano di un palazzo piuttosto malmesso nell'androne.
Colazione autogestita molto scarsa e struttura senza una vera reception... uno dei peggiori hotel trovati a Roma in trenta anni di viaggio

Low budget, somewhere to lay your head
Pros:

It was quite, there wasn't cleaners waking me up early or other guests. I think I was the only person there.

Cons:

This is not the place for a disabled person a single person lift only went as far as the 2 floor, so I had to walk a spiral stairs case up to the 3rd floor. And kne evening another person hasn't shit the doors and I had to walk all 3 flights. My first night I found bugs on my bed, then second night's I realised they were coming from the floor. The floor was absolutely crawling with ants types bugs. I sent a video to the owners on WhatsApp and they moved me to a new room which was bug free. The first rooms toilet seat had to be be held up with your back as you sat on it. The air-conditioning is noisy and drips too. The shower in the second room had to be kept on the lower holder as the water pressure was not good enough to work from up high. Oh and I had to get get the receptionist to change the batteries in my remote controller for the tv.

Pros:

Wygląd pokoju, piękny sufit i widok, przyjemny klimat Rzymu

Cons:

Hotel mimo, że blisko dworca jest od drugiej mniej turystycznej strony i droga jest nie oświetlona. Skrzypiące łóżko, głośna klimatyzacja, zepsuta kabina prysznicowa bez słuchawki, lekko rozwalona spłuczka od toalety.
