Great hotel for a stay in Catania
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, but lady who welcomed us at property was very friendly and also gave few recommendations. Her English was perfect, which made things a lot easier too. Breakfast was nice too.

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff was kind and Hotel was in a pretty good location (during daytime) close to cathedral and restaurants

Cons:

The location felt very dodgy at night especially as 3 women traveling. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning genuinely does NOT work which was frustrating after doing so much walking and having this hotel market that there is AC. They also market having an “airport shuttle” which I had assumed would be free but when we asked about it they just called us a taxi which we then had to pay €40 for. Kind of ridiculous to be falsely advertising that. During the night we kept hearing a loud buzzing noise and we had no idea what it was from which again just didn’t make 3 women travelers comfortable. Glad we only had to be here one night.

Personale gentile sorridente! Camera e bagno pulitissimi; solo.la prima colazione un po' scarsina; posizione abbastanza centrale anche se attualmente molti lavori in corso; comunque tornerei certamente

Zona mal fraquentada e em obras
Pros:

O pequeno almoço com bolos caseiros era muito bom, o atendimento da funcionária da recepção foi muito profissional e afável.

Cons:

Apesar de estar muito próximo do centro a zona não é segura. E o parque disponibilizado para os hóspedes apesar de ser perto o acesso é demorado pois a zona encontra se em obras.

Very nice!
Pros:

We stayed there only one night but everything was very good. Stuff was very nice, found transportation to airport for us very early in the morning. Beds were big and comfortable, air conditioners worked well, there were a mini fridges in both rooms and good wi-fi. Bathrooms were big and very clean. Rooms were kinda small but it was ok for us. Location was also good, 10-15 min on foot from train station and same to city centre.

Cons:

To the second floor (the first floor where the rooms are) you can get only by stairs so if you have big suitcase it can be hard but i think the staff would help.

The most helpful hotel I have stayed in
Pros:

I found this hotel in an emergency as my flight had been cancelled and the airline hadn't helped me. I am so glad I chose Hotel Centrum the staff were so lovely helpful and understanding. The room was large clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The location is a short walk from the centre of Catania and the staff advised me on the route to take. Thank you hotel Centrum you made a very stressful situation much much better
