Breakfast was good and staff very helpful! Location was good also. Great place to stay!

La habitación es enorme. Son muy amables, están atentos a todo lo que necesites. La habitación súper limpia, incluso debajo de las camas o dentro de los armarios.

Very clean and well situated

Well located between the train station (anyone travelling with a trolley suitcase will curse the terrible sidewalks along the way) and the historic city centre.
A bus stop to get to the airport is located even closer.
Very friendly and helpful staff who also speak English!
I had requested a quiet room when booking, and that is what I got. The view is at the back, so not great. But I slept really well.
Otherwise, the room and bathroom are as expected: simple but neat.

I had already been to Catania twice before, so this became my best stay in this city.

Upon our arrival, Mrs. Paola introduced us the city on a map and explained how to move in the city and suggested places to visit. During our stay we were having a great communication. All the staff was very friendly and supportive.
The location is excellent, near the city center. The main landmarks are within a walkable distance.
Breakfast was very good.
I recommend the hotel, we enjoyed our stay there.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at hotel Centrum. The location was excellent, close to the bars and restaurants.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with everything you need apart from tea/coffee making facilities. The air con was excellent and having a fridge really helped, we also liked the small balcony. We staying room 401 at the back of the hotel which was good as there was no road noise.
If i had to criticise the room it would be limescale on the showerhead which could have been cleaner. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable and all the staff especially reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent aswell although the eggs could have been warmer but everything there to fill you up for the day.
If i was going back to Catania I would definitely book the hotel centrum again, overall and excellent stay.

O hotel foi uma excelente surpresa, desde a simpatia e atenção do funcionário da recepção que nos recebeu às instalações muito boas do quarto, bem renovado e cuidado. Infelizmente o entorno nos deixou assustados e com sensação de insegurança, mas não houve qualquer problema. O entorno está em obras e pouco iluminado, mas é seguro.

We only stayed for one night, but lady who welcomed us at property was very friendly and also gave few recommendations. Her English was perfect, which made things a lot easier too. Breakfast was nice too.
