Comodissimo, centrale ma fuori dalla confusione e in zona tranquilla
Pros:

Posizione a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal Duomo. Fermata bus per apt a 50 mt. Personale gentilissimo. Ottima struttura, consigliatissimo.

Lovely hotel in perfect location with an awesome staff.
Pros:

The room was old world comfortable with the stunning old fashioned windows, the a/c worked very well and the bathroom was modern exceptional. Guests of the hotel enjoy a complimentary robust breakfast with a large selection of different foods. The location is perfect for exploring the city center. The best part of Hotel Centrum is the staff! They are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. When we checked in the person at the front desk pulled out a map and showed us the main piazza and the best shopping/eating streets. He also recommended 3 trattorias. We only had time to go to one of them and it was amazing, we loved the food and hospitality there.

When we left and were at the airport I discovered I didn't have my passport! I panicked but fortunately after calling the hotel a staff member went right to my room and found it. The passport was dispatched to the airport immediately and I was able to make my flight! A nightmare mistake on my part turned into a minor mishap that was resolved by the conscientious and remarkable people at Hotel Centrum. I am so happy I stayed here.

Un logement confortable en centre ville.
Pros:

L accueil, la chambre sur 2 niveaux avec 2 pièces d'eau, le confort du lit et la petite terrasse. La pièce d'accueil qui permettait de se mettre à l'aise. Les petits déjeuners.

La lenteur et la vétusté de l'ascenseur. Le bruit des motos la nuit

Stayed five nights - A lovely hotel as a base to see this part of Sicily.
Pros:

Loved the decor in this hotel: understated and tasteful.
Nice selection at breakfast. Fresh coffee, delivered to your table - not out of a machine.
Room very nice, great bathroom, great shower. Four English language TV channels - if you're interested.
Convenient location, central. Easy walking to bus and train stations.

Cons:

Scrambled eggs at breakfast could have been topped up more often, and kept warmer.

Comfortable hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Best reception staff, so friendly and thoughtful. Gave us so many tips on what to do and which part of the city to explore on foot. We chose a small double room but it was well planned so we did not feel cramped. The ensuite was modern, with powerful water pressure, and sufficient toiletries. There was ample choice at breakfast.For an old building, the interior was fresh and comfortable. We would recommend this very strongly as a good place for short stays.
