The staff was very helpful and kind, the location of the hotel is very good, only a short walk from the main station, easy to reach even if you are carrying luggage, breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional
The room was very small, the A/C didn’t work properly (the staff kindly offered a fan which was enough for keeping the room temperature acceptable), the bathroom was tiny

The location is the best, right in the old town. The Busker festival was happening, but the room was still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel provides a big locker for my luggage pre check-in.
The breakfast was disappointing. Even for Swiss standards, Kreuz is very expensive, so these kinds of details need to all work.
旧市街の中にあり、どこに行くにも便利。こじんまりとしているが清潔で快適。屋根裏のようだけれども素敵な部屋でバスタブもありました。
朝食会場を通り抜けて別棟に行きエレベーターに乗って最後は階段、という部屋に辿り着くまでの難易度の高さ。夜中の鐘の音がややうるさい。
We stayed for just one night in this hotel. We had a very spacious triple room, well furnished with all the
necessary comforts. The room was very clean, and the check-in service at reception was clear and friendly.
The breakfast was also excellent, featuring a well-stocked corner for vegan options as well.
The room is a decent size, and the location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and close to everything. But the room itself feels a bit cheap and basic in my own opinion.
The room looks okay at first, but the quality of everything inside is quite cheap. The bed, chair, table, TV, bathroom... nothing really feels well thought out.
For this price, I expected much better. I would rather pay 20–30 CHF more and stay at the Best Western next door. I stayed there last year, and the quality is much better. Everything in the room feels well designed, and it's definitely worth the extra money. My own opinion.
