Was close to colosseum other attractions
Across from a night club felt like you were in a low life area not safe. Thoughts night and morning club open all hours

Partial elevator to floors, but they had someone helping otherwise first 20 stiff steps are on you!.

Location. Mostly the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.
The staff was the most exceptional staff i have ever encountered. Able to give recommendations , call the taxi but... even more... they helped us navigate the national train strike. The day we were to leave there was a strike and our train was not guaranteed. We were able to get the tickets changed to a guaranteed time and left Florence for Cinque Terre arriving without issue. I do not recommend reserving the small room unless you are alone and plan to be out a lot ot it very small.. But could not be happier with the perfect location and extraordinary staff!
