Très bon choix d’hôtel pour un séjour découverte à Barcelone
Pros:

Sa situation est parfaite.
Hotel calme
Très bon petit dej avec du jus d’orange PRESSÉ et c’est très appréciable.

Cons:

Dommage qu’une bouteille d’eau ne soit pas offerte au quotidien, notamment pour l’arrivée.
Malgré la propreté en général. La douche présentait des traces noires ( saletes ou manque d’entretien? )
Même si nous ne sommes pas là pour regarder la TV, il
Manque de chaîne francophone.

El mejor hotel
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones. La piscina es perfecta para una tarde de calor. El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica.

Les équipements par exemple la clim assez brouillante et la tv qui marchait 1 fois sur 2 et machine à café qui fuyait et pas remplacé pourtant relancé lors de mon séjour…

Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had the suite with a cot for our baby and the bed was big enough for our toddler to join us without having to use the pull out couch

Cons:

We weren’t told about the steps going down to the room which was a bit tricky as we had two prams

Cons:

The tissue paper is not changed every day. When we came back in the evening. We asked for the tissue. They told us the staff was not on duty. They only work until 5 P.M. Plus, we suspect that the sheet is not changed every day either. The minibar in the room is nearly full of charged beverages. Even the chips on the table are charged. If you don't want people to use the minibar, then you could move it out. You should also put the price label beside the chips and cookies.
