Pros:

De locatie en ontbijt

Cons:

Personeel weet weinig als je wat vraagt moeten ze iemand bellen en die krijgen ze niet te pakken. Frustratie helaas voor zo'n meisje. Ik heb de indruk dat ze met weinig instructies aan het werk worden gezet, wat ik al vaker heb meegemaakt bij Fletcher.

Customer focus missing.
Pros:

Good location in hotel with historical significance

Cons:

Staff was blunt at times and breakfast was done careless (like heaping freshly baked croissants in basket) and not replacing empty juice and other items. Looks understaffed and even had to search for someone to do checkout. Front door closes at 10pm, but closed early. No coffee machine.

Decent size room for what we needed. Nice building and great view from windows in the room. Restaurant was good.

Zeer slechte ervaring

Wij waren op familiebezoek maar het was ook Pasen. We kwamen binnen via de achterkant en stonden daar en wisten niet waar de receptie was. Personeel liepen ons zo voorbij terwijl we eigenlijk in de weg stonden. Dan maar op een gegeven moment gevraagd en gewezen maar de kleine receptie. Daar zat een chagrijnige man die praktisch niet opkeek. Nog een duur ontbijt van €17,50 gereserveerd voor de volgende dag omdat een ander familielid dat 9om had gereserveerd. Normaal is het ontbijt van 7.00 tot 11.00 uur. Maar door de paasbrunch voor de volgende dag was dat ingekort maar 8.00 tot 10.00 uur. Het was ook niet in het restaurant maar een zaaltje ernaast. Het ontbijt was zeer karig en de koffiemachine hadden we best wel problemen mee net als andere mensen. Met moeite Personeel te vinden om te helpen. We wilden nog in 10.00 uur een kopje koffie pakken maar de machine ging uit. In de vooravond terug van familiebezoek en wilden nog wat drinken. Maar weer de chagrijnige man bij de receptie. Hij had een pan op het vuur en nog wel duizend dingen te doen maar als het moet. Dus we zijn naar de overkant gegaan en daar was het alsnog gezellig. Onze nicht en haar man hadden ook nog een verschrikkelijk kleine kamer. De stoel moest voor de kast verschoven worden en de badkamer was ontzettend klein. Terwijl de prijs hetzelfde was als die van ons. NOOIT meer zullen we daar overnachten.
