Friendly and convenient
Pros:

The room was simple but clean and quiet. The receptionists were extremely nice and allowed us to leave our car at the hotel´s parking lot long after check-out, which was quite convenient. The hotel is a little at the outskirts of Salzburg but you are provided with a free public transport card. This is an ingenious idea because you do not have to search for parking places in the city centre. I would come back!

Cons:

Next time, we will book a bigger room, this one was probably too small for three persons.

Gradevole soggiorno a Salisburgo
Pros:

Bell'albergo in stile tirolese, in zona tranquilla e decentrata, ma a questo sopperisce la fermata degli autobus (sia per il centro storico che per la stazione centrale) proprio sulla strada di fronte. Molto apprezzato (e sfruttato ampiamente) il regalo del mobility guest ticket valido su tutto il trasporto pubblico del salisburghese. Personale in reception molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le tue domande su come raggiungere i vari posti da visitare.

Cons:

L'eccessivo costo della colazione (16€ a persona).

I’m not sure who gave this hotel such high ratings, but here is my genuine experience.
Pros:

Daily room service, functioning TV, bus pass for the duration of the stay, and air conditioning. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Cons:

The rooms look nothing like the photos online, so be prepared for a surprise. Both the hallways and rooms are extremely tired and worn out. The condition is far from good. My bed linens were dirty and covered with hair — I’ve attached a photo as proof. There are no safes in the rooms, which is another inconvenience.The floors squeak loudly, and I genuinely felt sorry for anyone staying in the room below me. The Wi‑Fi is very weak and unstable. The location is average. It’s not close to the city centre, but the hotel is well connected by several bus and trolleybus lines.
